LOVE LOVE LOVE that Roseville/Rocklin area has a cycle spot like this. I've been to other cycle places in the area and it was more like Orange Theory Fitness, which isn't bad!!! It just wasn't what I was looking for. I've been a hard core follower of Soul Cycle and since moving to the area I missed riding to the beat, fun/lip syncing playlists, and a dark space to clear my head while I pant for my life. I don't have little children BUT they do have a day care that you can utilize with a fee. Parking is easy. The sitting area is super clean. The bikes are all set up for you with towel and weights, just change out the weights if you want something heavier or lighter. Honestly, what a deal for this place. I know that this location is still working on it's following and hasn't matured like the Sacramento location but I can see it being such a full house in a year or so. Also! They do a ton a promotions and raffles for package/class purchase incentives. They are also on Mind Body for drop in discounts if you don't care what bike you're on. read more

So happy I found this studio! I took my first class through Class Pass (you can also get your first ride for free at the studio!). Everyone was so welcoming and there is a community vibe. CycleLife is Life! This is the best cycle studio I have found in the area. Not only is the staff friendly, but the facility is clean and welcoming. I previously did went to a different cycle studio and I was not impressed with the cliques that were there. The staff was not as personable as the staff in CycleLife and there was more of a corporate feel to the place in general. I enjoy the community aspect of CycleLife, where they make everyone feel like someone. During the rides, they use your first names while encouraging you, which is an extra personal touch. There are also carved out sections of the class for doing weights and a personal meditation session, which is five minutes of bliss. Jessica and Ryane are the two instructors I take from the most and they are amazing. Great music choices, fun choreography, and guaranteed a good sweat. New location & super fun classes. I've had my fair share of cycle classes and decided to see what the buzz was about on this new location. They offered free classes for their first week and so I decided to try two different instructors. I did both 9am classes back to back, one with Rebecca and one with Brittany and both a great instructors. I haven't been to spin class in about 6 months and thought I'd struggle but overall it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was able to keep up and they always encourage you as your riding. The incorporation of abs and weights is by far the best part. It then turns into this full body workout and you leave feeling accomplished. Ok so now the facilities. The parking is great and there's about 20iSh bikes. You're able to reserve your spot and not worrying about fighting to get one. Every bike has a towel and sufficient space for a water bottle. The lights are not annoying like other places and the mirrors are great to focusing on your form. They also have shoe rental but it's always nice to have your own. In the back they have lockers and I believe showers as well. But overall it's a great studio with nice staff. Definitely will be back again! read more

My sister and I went to CycleLife for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! I have never taken an indoor cycling class before so I was pretty nervous, but everyone was so welcoming and sweet. The instructor Kristie came up to me and introduced herself and made sure my bike was set up correctly before class. She went over all the positions and even grabbed me a bottle of water when she noticed I didn't have one in the middle of the session. After we were done she asked us how we liked it and invited us to more classes in the future. I definitely recommend CycleLife for anyone who wants a fun, intense workout! read more

I've taken spin classes at almost every gym and cycle place in the greater sacramento area (shout out to having class pass for a few years) and every time I kept going back to CycleLife because their bikes, energy, and instructors cannot be matched!! I ditched my ClassPass 2 years ago in favor of just buying classes at CycleLife! I posted this review for the Sacramento location but really I mainly go to the Rocklin location so here it is again I have been coming to CycleLife for almost a year. It occurred to me that I should post my review because I recently visited a CycleBar in Southern California while on vacation and really missed my Rocklin CL studio/people/classes. I did get an okay workout with CB but it was missing so much. There was no soul in that place. The instructors "say" inspirational type things but I was not feeling it. They also had a drill sergeant type manner and I felt like "you don't know me!" I yearned to be back Home at my studio where there are REAL connections. Also, the direct instruction was lacking. Vague instruction, no mirror image to follow, no guidance on whether to be on left or right, no welcoming new riders, no review of language/terms or body and hand positions, no preparation on what kind of ride was about to happen...so much missing. It sounds like I am reviewing CB rather than CycleLife but please just know that where CB lacks, CycleLife kills it. I feel well taken care of at CycleLife and it is so clear to me now more than ever why I keep coming back read more

I got talked into trying a class when the studio first opened and I ended up getting hooked immediately! Over the last decade I've tried multiple types of workouts and this is the first thing I've done where I'm actually excited to go. CycleLife is seriously amazing! Not only is it a great studio to take spin classes at, but the environment is contagious. I was pretty much a newbie to upbeat style spin classes but Rebecca made my first class with them a breeze! The lighting and temperature in the studio room was maintained perfectly the entire ride. They have lockers in the back for you to throw your stuff in, and each bike has space for two water bottles. The workout itself is SO FUN! They incorporate muscle building, cardio and weights for upper body towards the end. I leave here every class feeling proud of how much I push my body and excited to come back for another class.
