Best indoor cycling studio ever!! All the instructors are truly amazing and genuinely care about you. I highly recommend Cyclebar Winter Park to anyone who is looking for a new fitness regimen

This place is tucked in the corner of a plaza, but once found you are totally absorbed into the cycle bar family! Everyone is so happy and vivacious, the energy is contagious! They provide you special cycling shoes or you can purchase ones they sell. They have cute, signature athletic wear and they even have a snack bar! If you forgot your hair tie or if it breaks unexpectedly in class, you can help yourself out to a free one. Each of the two bathrooms are equipped with hair and body supplies needed to freshen up. They have various themed cycle nights that they always switch up, like 80s night, wine down Wednesday, and Sunday brunch happy hour! They offer 30 min, 60 min or 75 min classes. Leah the GM was amazing, I look forward to seeing them next week for my first class!

Guys, happy hour at the gym???

Just like riding a bike, right? Oh no, it is so much more than that. I bought a Groupon on a whim to this place as an effort to try to become more fit. The building is in a gorgeous brand new shopping center, ironically close to three places that serve primarily desserts... I say they should have partnership; Slice of cake after every 10 miles. The staff was incredibly friendly and looks like the portrait of what you hope to look like at the end of these classes. Truly, every one of them is a beautiful pillar of strength! I rudely arrived about five minutes later than they had requested and they were still incredibly excited for my very first class and took me through their entire process. They gave me a free water bottle, explained to me how the lockers work, fitted me with cycling shoes, fixed the bike to fit my short size and explained all about their stats and how the bike operates. They provided a towel and a water bottle and their specialty shoes lock you into the bike. The shoe locking definitely take some getting used to. The room looks like a modern night club, dark, cool and lots of colorful lights surrounding you. Their sound system is Bumpin!!! Bring on the bass!! The lights in the room change depending on the song and the instructors throw in choreography to match the beat of whatever they're are playing. I specifically booked an "Indie vs EDM" class as those are the two top Pandora stations I listen to... and boy was I in music heaven. It's amazing what things you will push your body to do because there's a good song on. There's no rude screaming at this cycling place, nothing but incredibly positive affirmations to encourage you to do your best. My only complaint is the bike seats are incredibly uncomfortable, this may be by design considering they want you off of your seat for the most part. The classes are $25 each, so making this a regular habit may be difficult on your wallet, so if you are uncertain I would highly recommend getting the Groupon to try first. After 45 minutes my legs feel like Jell-O, but I left with the comfort knowing that after each class the bikes are completely sanitized. Plus, it's nice to leave a gym with a table full of snacks, drinks, body wipes and a bottle of wine, I guess that's where the "bar" in cycle bar comes from. This is certainly a welcome addition to the Winter Park area, and I'm glad I made the effort to visit. Go out, be daring, try something new, it will only make you a better person.

Just joined after the free intro ride! Love that they take their time with you. This is like SoulCycle but better in my opinion! Lots of fun classes including music with music videos, happy hour and brunch includes drinks by the studio! You are provided with a water bottle to take home, towel, cycle shoes, fruit, hair bands, body wipes, and everything you could possibly think of. Definitely a friendly and family type atmosphere with no judgement. The intro offers include 3 classes for $29, 12 for $99, or unlimited for one month for $99. I like that you do weights too so total. Key workout. Can't wait for more! Ok so just discovered there is a Groupon deal for new riders, $40/4 classes with longer expiration!

Me & My coworkers excited for our first class w/ our complimentary water bottles!

Woo! What a way to pop my cycling cherry! This place is AWESOME. Me & my coworkers went to a Wednesday night class w/ the instructor being Candy & it was great! We were greeted w/ our names on lockers with our bike numbers on them, we also had free water bottles inside! Valentina ( The asst. Manager & fellow instructor) helped us get accustomed to the cycling shoes they provide & she showed us how to adjust the bikes to our needs. She was very sweet and always addressed each of us by our names which I found really awesome (it's the little things ya know lol) She also warned us that we picked a connect class which is the hardest of their classes (yikes!) Once we got settled into our bikes in the class we got into the groove of things with the Instructor Candy & WOW she is so much fun! I see why the connect class is the hardest class, I could barely keep up! But not once did I feel uncomfortable, just great energy and good vibes. Total judgment free zone. Already booked my next class w/ candy for the following week!

I communicated with someone on IG and they were very, very nice. Location: Super clean, very nice lobby area. 2 restrooms to use/change. Happy smiling staff! The row room (I'm sure it has a real name) is dark in a cool way. The ergs are set up in nice rows but you still have some of your own space and they have fun lighting to use during the class. Coach: Danny was in charge of my first 2 visits and he was VERY helpful and patient with me. That second round was rough for me but he was super supportive and makes a point to speak to everyone - and knows people's names! It feels like a really supportive group where people are invested in each other. I've also had Tina who keeps you moving - shorter class, gotta go hard - and she was very motivational for an early Sunday morning! Class: The Signature is only - ha! "only" - about 45 minutes. Once you get the hang of how to work the machine, you can get into a good rhythm. I'm still working on my posture, but I feel stronger when I'm there. You get off the machine twice and that makes me feel dizzy but I'll get there. The whole class is motivated and cheering each other on! The atmosphere is great. I've also done the Express and there were only 4 of us total so it was not as loud but definitely just as much of a workout, I may have sweated more!! Overall: I really enjoy this workout. It's not HARD on any specific part of your body but you are definitely working and getting stronger. I'm signed up for a few more and excited to go - which I have never said about another workout in my life before...ever.

I joined during the pre-opening sale and got a killer deal on my membership. The gym is brand-spanking new. It's been open less than a month. 25 ergs (I learned a new word...) all digitized so after each class you get an email with your stats. You sign up through an app, pick your erg, and attend a bomb class. There are classes all day, from 5:30 AM - 8:30 PM. There are 6 different types of classes - all include rowing but some include hand weights, some body weight exercises, stretching, and/or HIIT style. There are even classes designed specifically to help with your form/technique and another for endurance. No mater your style, you'll find something you like. Also: - Sheri, the owner, is SUPER nice. She owns both locations. She opened Row House because there was nothing like it, purely dedicated to rowing, in the area. She couldn't find what she was looking for so she built it her damn self. How bad ass is that!? She takes the classes along with this and really cares about her members. - The staff are all fantastic! The lovely ladies at the front desk and coaches are all there to pump you up, keep you motivated, and are super friendly. - I've tried had all but 1 coach so far and each one is great in their own way. Nicole and Jade were there when I signed up and I love them both. Their classes are super high energy and they get you riled up! Releen, Ty, Kelly, and CC are all fantastic! Their classes are challenging and they love calling people out and giving them kudos in class. Seriously, you cannot go wrong regardless who's class you sign up for. And, bonus, these are all people who I'd totally hang with outside of the gym - they are all just that nice! I love their energy, it's infectious. I highly recommend you check them out! I'm totally a fan and hooked! I'm gonna be chizzled in no time! (Prob not, because food, but one can hope!)
