Words honestly can't describe this place. From the moment you walk in, the staff treats you like family. The owner, Annie is amazing and you can tell she genuinely loves her clients and employees. All of the cycle instructors have their own unique style and their playlists are pumping. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! No matter your body type or fitness level, you will enjoy CycleBar. It's seriously like therapy on a bike with your bestie!

My home away from home!!! Tried CB in houston two years ago and it was ehhhhh. Came home from traveling and thought... what the heck- let's try it again. UMMM... this place literally welcomed me with open arms. FIRST- From the minute you walk in the door.. everyone is so dang friendly. SECOND- Annie, the owner is a queen. She is so nice, helpful, cares genuinely about each person, and her classes will have you begging for more... and dying at the same time. All the instructors bring their own touch and vibe to the place. If you want to be fit, stay up to date on the latest music, learn some hip dance moves, and feel like a total BADASS... all you gotta do is open the doors and enter. Leave the rest to them!

Consistently amazing workout no matter which instructor's class you attend. Worth every penny for my membership and the community is next to none!

This is one of my most favorite places!!…read more I've been a member at Edge Body for years now. It all started at their old Hikes Point location with a 6 week Groupon and I was hooked. The current location is awesome... so spacious with so much equipment. Everyone is friendly and the staff is always so helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and will challenge you if need be. I've made several friends there as well, where we will hold each other accountable which also motivates you to keep going. Each day is a different designed workout for specific areas of the body with music playing through their systems. It's nice to not have to think about what you need to do at the gym that day or design your own workout or even try to push yourself. It's all there for you! They even have heart monitors you can check out/wear to track your heart rate and calories. The workouts: Sunday is core, Monday is total body, Tuesday is lower body, Wednesday is core & cardio, Thursday is upper body, Friday is a challenge day that will work your whole body, and Saturday offers an Advanced Camp, Yoga, and a free (with the donation of a canned good) :45 total body workout for anyone (that means non-members too). That free workout is called Get Fit Give Back. All the canned goods are then donated to Dare to Care. I love that they give back. The work outs are in :30 increments which helps members to stagger their start times. However, if you put two :30 workouts back to back, the hour will be all different... and then it will start over. The trainers will also help you meal plan, offer nutrition classes, track your progress, etc... whatever it will take to help you succeed.

As of right now they get a 1 star because it seems they don't have time to reach back out to…read moreinquiries about their gym! You would think that they would a least try to make contact with prospective clients!! I have reached out at least 3 times and still haven't gotten a response! Not looking very good on their end!!

I am a fan and 4-year member at OTF... but something irked me today during my regular 10:45 Sunday…read moreclass at Orangetheory Fitness in Middletown/Louisville, KY... I had a new instructor named, Zan (at least new to me) and she approached me in the gym area before class and reprimanded me for taking an isolated shot of an empty treadmill and empty rower. Said photos aren't allowed. First, this is news to me as just about every week someone is snapping a group shot after a workout or a selfie etc... My pic was for a personal streak with a gal pal as a show of solidarity to working out. Anyway, I am cool with Corporate Policy BUT if a staffer is going to approach you in that matter they need to say & explain the following: 1) Cite pictures are not allowed due to Company Policy 2) Tell the person why it is Company Policy (example: hospitals are protecting privacy). This was an empty gym - I have no clue why that isn't permitted. 3) Take a soft approach when talking to a customer 4) Be consistent with your messaging. Don't allow pictures one day and not another. Mixed messages never go ever well. This review is coming from a gal who likes the results of OTF but really wants the Franchise to know they need to train young coaches and staffers up in regards to Communications.

I adore this place and the staff. I started working out in August when I was the most out of shape…read moreI've ever been, fighting an achilles injury. It was hard to get started, but everyone was so supportive! There are many options for the cardio aspect of the work out, you can choose: running on the treadmill or walking (lots of people walk, don't worry about being the only one), glider (elliptical), or the bike. The rower is also incorporated in either the cardio or the weight lifting portion of the work out. Don't let the idea of weights scare you. The instructors help you every step of the way. It's like a private trainer without the private cost! The trainers were able to modify every exercise I needed to accommodate my injury. Plus, if you need a reminder of the exercise, there are videos playing to review as needed. Plus the music is fun and the heart monitor is an awesome tool to know when to push harder or back off! Try out a free class and join me!

I love this spot! I started out going once a week, and for a beginner, that was big! The boot camp…read moreis 7 days a week... M-F there are 5 daily classes (5:30a, 8:15a, 9:15a, 5:30p, 6:15p) on S-S there is one class (8:00a) Cost of the classes are dirt cheap! $5 per class, $30 for 2x a week and $60 for unlimited access. Ok now that I got all the preliminaries out the way, lets start the real review... its beast mode for 45 minutes! The trainers are realy great! Demarcus tends to meet you where you are while pushing you just a little further. Its hard work, I won't lie, but it is worth it. I am one of those people who hates (I mean really HATES) to exercise. But the people here are encouraging!!! Not only is there a trainer pushing you, but you are pushing each other!!! Ok so since I have been here, we switch it up a little. We tend to have a couple "stations" going, one of the stations is considered the "timer". (i.e. suicides or the tire flip) We rotate stations. I have been buddied up and I have been by myself... it depends... there is always something new everytime I walk in. I have been for about 6 weeks now, and I am adding a second day... I have seen improvement in my stamina, I am goign to keep pushing myself! I need this! Going to the gym doesn't cut it for me, because I will give up easily... here, I know I will get what I need even though I sometimes don't want to! :D
