I've been riding at CycleBar for several months now and have really enjoyed it! The staff is super friendly and will help you get set up from check in to getting on the bike in the class. I really appreciated this my first class. The studio is spotless and I can tell they really try to keep it that way, as every time I come it smells and looks clean despite all the people working out! The classes are great, I really love Antoine's class-- great music and challenging but enjoyable workout. All the instructors are really friendly and you don't get the "I'm too busy for you" vibe here. I also love the stats email you get and how the bike consoles actually show you your resistance, RPM, Distance, etc. I feel like this has helped me push myself to new limits over the past months. Other studios you can't see this type of info... and I wasn't ever able to figure out if I was improving. Overall I think CycleBar Uptown Dallas is a great workout and terrific value. Very competitive in pricing to other studios and you get more! read more

CycleBar is a combination of Zyn and FlyWheel. More fun and dancey then FlyWheel but with the metrics and logistics. I have been to a couple of classes here and all of them have been fun and interactive. They validate parking for the garage right next door so that makes it free and I have never had problems finding a spot. They also give you a water bottle for your first class which is a nice touch! read more

I started doing spin at CycleBar back in September with classpass and after a few classes with Antoine, ended up buying an unlimited package, no longer doing classes, and (more than willingly) giving up my unlimited CrossFit membership. The energy in the classes is high and instructors are amazing (both while teaching and as human beings!) I love being able to see and track my stats and always end up comparing other studios to it if I'm traveling for work etc (nothing compares!) I've grown to love the studio and it's easy to get myself there 6 days a week to stay in shape and generally just have an awesome rest of my day! Highly recommend! read more

I had attended classes off and on with ClassPass for a while and just recently got an unlimited membership because I found myself looking forward to the classes so much! It's a great way to completely unplug from everything and take care of yourself- whether it's pushing yourself past your limits (I always leave absolutely drenched) or just enjoying the beats and energy around you. The instructors all have their own style, but they're all wonderful. I know it'll be a great workout every time! And bonus is everything is very convenient- free parking if you need it and shoes are easy to grab. Only drawback is I think cycle studios are intimidating in general to anyone starting their fitness journey. I was a collegiate athlete and I still get that vibe sometimes (I don't wear a lot of matching sets), but everyone is very nice so get out of your head and try it! I bought 30 class cycle passes over 7 months a go. I have had numerous issues booking my class pass in several different occasions. I have had several email exchanged with owner. This last week again i could not book classes. I have ask the owner to refund my 25 credit class cycle passes back. He refused. I have worked with this business several times and I feel firmly about requesting a refund. Owner still refuses. I would be careful doing business with this franchise. read more

I never make reviews but my experience just happened 10 minutes ago and I'm kind of blown away by how such a short amount of time can really effect the way you view a business. I bought a 5 class pack with my friend to re-start my fitness journey. All day I was super excited about this class. My friend left her water in her car and asked me to grab a couple so i ran back into my place to grab them which set me back about five minutes. I live 1.5 miles away. I left my house at 639, found parking and walked in EXACTLY at 650pm and was met by the person at reception telling me I missed the cut off time and they would have to re schedule me. I asked what the cut off time was and was told it was 5 minutes. I walked in at 650pm and the class started at 645. I literally walked in at the time needed to arrive and not be turned away and this is what occurred. The person also did not want to make any exceptions. I took this as the person at the front desk not wanting to assist me with anything and being lazy. I was confused and when i advised i was new they then offered to recredit my class and asked would I like to reschedule. I am totally blown away by this quick experience as I did not receive the service I expected and will reconvene my relationship with another notable cycling bar. It's unfortunate that a quick 3 minute interaction can really leave a sour taste in your mouth. I understand I was late but I literally arrived at the cut off time. read more

I used to run every day until I started getting shin splints and I wanted to find a workout that somewhat equal in cardio. I kept hearing such great things about spin so I decided to try cycle bar and I was amazed! The staff here are extremely friendly and the instructors are enthusiastic and want you to get the most out of your workout. It is a very welcoming community. The franchise apparently is not set up for referral invites from the corporate website and not nice to you when they don't know what to do. The instructors are really good but the customer service is better at other studios I have been to. The schedule was changed without providing notification and then they would not let me cancel when they got rid of one of the primary classes that I signed up. They required a 30 day notice but don't give you the courtesy of providing the same. If I was anyone else, I would go to a more established location that cares about the people that join. Given the small number of people that attend classes, you can tell this location is really just interested in getting people's money to stay afloat. read more
