My wife and I visited Dallas for spring break and she is an Ultimate Dallas Cowboys Fan. It was only right for us to visit the Dallas Cowboys Fit Athletic facility (Downtown Dallas) and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in at 7a, Elyssia assisted us with the utmost charisma and customer service. She was super friendly and accommodating. We didn't know there was an out of state fee to use the facility but with Elyssia's morning sunshine, it wasn't hard to say no. So we paid the $20 a piece with a smile. Needless to say, we had a 24hr pass and came back the next morning for 1 last workout. My wife was able to get some great pics/videos of the facility and enjoy a nice workout. Equipment was good, facility well lite, people all nice - all around good vibe.

Blair (personal trainer) asking for sex in Spanish

I would give this location a 0/5 stars. I received a text soliciting sex from a personal trainer (Blair) at this location. Never gave this individual my number and he took it from the cowboy fitness system. It's difficult to feel comfortable working out at a gym. The last thing I want is to so be further harassed by employees. I will give praise to the front staff for having compassion and personally reaching out to address the situation. Initially they processed a refund for the month (which had just started) and the previous month. I did have to enroll to another gym and the initiation fees were not covered by what was refunded leaving me out of pocket. I was told by the managers that the situation was escalated to corporate. Corporate never reached out to apologize for the situation or to update me as to what course of action would be implemented on Blair or how they would prevent this type of situation from happening to others in the future. I had to call them to ask for an update, to which they said "we cannot discuss that." Today I was informed (by a friend that still frequents this gym) that this personal trainer is still employed here. If you are a woman looking for a gym I would completely avoid this gym due to the predatory nature of the personal trainers Cowboy Fit chooses to keep employed. Beware! Edit: yoooooo scroll down to the other reviews. The same shit has happened to other people. I can almost guarantee it's the same person (Blair). Cowboy fitness allows sexual harassment in their gyms and they do NOTHING to stop this from happening to others.

This is the kind of employee they hire.

At first, I loved this gym... it's clean & never busy. I am very athletic & struggle to find gyms where people leave me alone. For several months, I enjoyed coming here to use the great equipment. Last weekend, one of the trainers sent me a message... now, this is weird because I didn't give him my contact information (let alone my full name), so this means he went into the computer system and took my info out of my membership file... talk about violating a person's privacy! My address & CC information is in my file! He messaged me at first asking if I'd like to workout & I replied, naïvely, because I thought that's what he wanted... but within a few minutes he admitted that he "just wanted to hook up" and I was appalled. I'm not sure where anyone gets off thinking it's ok to talk to women like that. I have since signed my membership cancelation papers. Hopefully they'll fire this person and do a better job of making sure that in the future, members' privacy is respected.

Good gym! Deceptive contract and a staff that does not care, but leans on the deceptive cotract like they are trained. Run.

Love this place. It's a short walk from our apt and almost equinox quality for a fraction of the cost.

Nice gym! The staff is extremely friendly, all the equipment is new! Just like Equinox for a fraction of the price.

Mediocre gym. Don't join, they make it impossible to cancel your membership and their hours suck. You'd be better off going to the YMCA.

I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

I stumbled upon this gym when I first moved to Dallas and it was the best find imaginable. First…read moreoff the staff is incredible here. From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

This review is mainly for the intensity class since I've only taken 1 spin class so far…read more I've been searching for something similar to FSC's intensity class around uptown and had no luck until FSC opened. As a fitness junkie, I've tried probably most studios that are on Classpass/Studiohop around Uptown and Plano. The closest setup to this class that I've been to is Harter Strength and Conditioning in Plano. However Harter offers 3 types of classes (HIIT and LIFT and Metcon), which I'd love to see FSC to incorporate in the future. What I like the most about this class is that there are only 10 (if I recall correctly) people in each class and often times there are 2 instructors present. I also really like how Ryan focuses on form instead of reps or weight. I've been to too many classes where instructors yell at you when you slow down or take a rest or keep pushing you even though you've completely lost your form or never had the correct form to start with. At the end of class, Ryan would lead a short stretching session which is SO NEEDED since I'm either too lazy to or completely forgot to stretch on my own. Yeah I know, it's bad. Now to the spin class, Mike is a terrific instructor who cares about 1) you 2) your form 3) your rhythm and wants the whole class to be on the same energy. It does take a while to get used to the bright room, but hey at least now you can stay in the present and check your form and won't (or can't lol) slack off in the dark
