Our plan was thrown for a loop when I realized the station was now a pile of rubble. We were told to look for it downtown - only noone knew where it was located. We eventually found it (sorry I don't remember where it was) and decided not to rent bikes (it seemed incredibly difficult to ride on the streets as it's busy and we were tourists unfamiliar with driving on the opposite side). It was 4 pounds each to store our luggage, and we had a good enough time walking around Cambridge. We were told by many people that this is the only place to store luggage in Cambridge.

They said they'd order me one in, but three weeks later when I went back, I was simply told our supplier will send it when they feel like it Not exactly helpful, I went online and bought one, delivered the next day. They do have a good choice of bikes though and staff are friendly.

Also have a great range of kids bikes, balance bikes and a great understanding and appreciation for children's safety! I can't recommend them enough! Other bike shops give me discount, even so I would always go here first! They really are fab! Good honest advice!! I have been there a few times for many issues, and they have always been amazing, they really do have the best customer service and are so patient with little ones who ask questions, even when they are busy they really don't rush you, your your bike!!

By far the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were the people who ran this joint. You can read their passion for bikes immediately - it is written all over their greasy hands and their open smiles. And you can pick up a reliable bike at a reasonable price, which is, after all, the Holy Grail in Cambridge.

I was planning to spend £600+, maybe he was having a bad day but he was not at all helpful and was telling me I was making a bad choiceI knew the exact model and size I wanted as I'd just had one stolen and it suited me perfectly. Luckily, there's a great choice of bike shops in Cambridge and I was on the road again the next day.
