Went in for a carb cleaning on a dirt bike, the bike sat for two weeks. I went in to check on it in person after getting the run around on the phone for 2 weeks and it was barely torn down. After showing my frustration with the progress they threatened to call police and slapped it together and made me take it with me. When I took it apart to do the job myself I noticed multiple screws missing to the exhaust, plastics, etc. Very unprofessional and untimely.

I was told my atv had to be reassembled for insurance purposes but I seen my atv it was completely intact. Soon after I contacted another business in Crestview that works on Motorcycles. It needed two new parts, and once that was replaced and repaired, it still would not crank. The push start button that was (said) to be repaired at Motorsports was still part of the problem. They did not repair it at all, in fact the wire was split. NONE OF THIS WAS NEVER REPAIRED!
