    Pay no attention to the one star reviews. Clearly just entitled people who don't ask for help, and then blame it on the store. Everyone that works there is super chill, and they aren't trying to be pushy salesmen. A lot of people go to cyclegear just to window shop anyway. So they usually stick to the good ole, "let us know if you need help with anything" when you walk in. If you do ask for help, these guys are great. Both gentlemen working there were very hands on, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped me out this morning with warranty on a pair of gloves, and a return for a jacket I ordered on line. They had the jacket in the size I needed in stock as well. And they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Zero complaints. The new location is great too! Lots of inventory.

    Women's gear section. Generally pink/floral. Sometimes, a girl just doesn't need all of that.

    I visited Discount Tire in Madison to have a punctured tire repaired. While the repair itself was…read morecompleted successfully and Hayden was polite throughout the interaction, the overall customer experience left me uncomfortable. During check-in, I was asked several personal questions that felt unrelated to having a tire repaired, including questions about where I lived, whether the vehicle belonged to me or my husband, and details about how I use the car. While I understand friendly conversation is part of customer service, the amount of personal questioning felt excessive and invasive. I was also subjected to repeated sales pitches throughout the visit. In addition to being offered various store services, I was encouraged to consider a ceramic coating service for my vehicle that was apparently part of the employee's personal detailing business. I came in for a tire repair and felt like I spent more time being sold additional products and services than discussing the repair itself. The final checkout process was particularly frustrating. The tire certificates were initially presented in a way that made them sound like they were included with the service, only for the additional cost to be explained later. By that point, I was ready to pay and leave, but the sales discussion continued longer than necessary. Overall, the staff was courteous, and the repair was completed, but the combination of invasive personal questions and persistent upselling made what should have been a straightforward tire repair feel uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful.
