Hey Mr. owner man. Is this how you do warranty repairs there? Remember you don't just fix sounds. I'll be sure to take your advise and run it until it breaks. Hope no one in my family gets hurt tho. Lucky for me we can continue these repairs until 2021 since I got the extended warranty. If you don't want to support the vehicles you sell or warranty you should probably advertise that. It makes a difference.
My purpose in purchasing this vehicle is that I'm trying to start a farm. This vehicle was supposed to help with that. But now my business is more difficult. You ever try hauling poop over 2 acres? It easier with a machine.
For everyone else- I've had this machine for 1 year and 5 months almost. Total time in the shop has been 8 months per service records. Repairs include full electrical replacement, both front universal joints and transfer case (twice), drive shaft and universal joints, muffler, speedometer, fuel guage and odometer (didn't work when I first purchased so not really sure if mileage was accurate), winch fairlead replaced and cable within first month of ownership, horn, short in rear license light, it wouldn't go into Low gear without difficulty (never did repair that. Did a linkage adjustment and called it good. No change and I have repeatedly brought this up on other visits and others. Still CF moto and Cycle City claim no responsibility and state I should drive it until it breaks. Which I have many times already.
I called direct to CF Moto. They asked me why I was calling them and I was informed that I had to only talk with the dealership. Dealership states I have to talk to CF Moto. Seems like the buck is just getting passed and that buck is all they care about.
I speak within my own experience with these two companies but I invite others to contact me if they have also experienced issues with them. I'm tired and searching for resolution. read more
