Pat, the proprietor was really nice, super helpful with tips on places to eat, things to do in the town and nearby towns. The Inn itself has only 4 rooms but they were clean, and really nicely remodeled from whatever the old building used to be. High ceilings, cool fixtures and lots of wood. There were lots of historic photos of the town when it was a railroad town which added to the experience. This place was very unique in that it was above a motorcycle accessories store and attracted a lot of bikers but having them around was never disturbing. And since it was in the center of town, bars, restaurants, the river and state biking trail was easily walkable. If we ever get the urge to ride 65 miles on our bicycles again, we will definitely use the Iron Horse as our base camp again.

I called to get some new tires I bought mounted and balanced, even did the work of removing the wheels from the bike, the guy was rude and acted like they didn't have time today. I asked about next week and he flat out said they won't do anything unless i bought the tire's from them. pathetic turning a customer away, easy money. I should have known, I've never experienced good customer service at this place. no one seems to want to help you in either the departments. been there multiple times and everytime I leave thinking why I wasted my time. they have lost ALL my business.

What a disappointing dealership! They have a boat posted on Facebook Marketplace, by multiple…read moresalesmen. I messaged the first one, Josh Smith with some questions. He answered one of the multiple questions, and told me the boat was in another storage unit and he was happy to set up an appointment to see it. I assumed selling something, he could answer some basic questions, so I don't have to travel an hour and a half to find this information out. Never heard back from him, even though I reached out again to see if he was able to find out what kind of fish finder was on it. Noticed there were 2 other salesmen with the same post, whom I also messaged. (Justin H and Kyle P). Neither one responded to the questions asked. If these guys cannot respond to a couple of basic questions on a boat they have posted and are selling, then I will for sure stay well clear of this place....

He reneged on the idea after he even told me that I might have to pay a little of the shipping, he's a first class, but add don't do business with them. He's a shyster even his employee Paul knew I was right that John owed me for all the work that I did, and was willing to trade it out by from a reputable dealer.
