This is definitely more of a hotel coffee shop than a Jaguar, but it is correctly named on Yelp though! While it wasn't a proper Jaguar Coffee, it still was really good. A Double Review for Exceptional Customer Service…read more I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omar at the Capital One Delray location not once, but twice. The first time, I never received the email to leave a review, so I guess this is my double review because his customer service deserves to be recognized! During my first visit, the branch was extremely busy, and I had already been waiting for quite some time. Instead of simply telling me to continue waiting, Omar came out, acknowledged me, explained the reason for the delay, and even offered me tea while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. What impressed me even more was how he assisted other customers. One gentleman was waiting for a service that wasn't even offered at that particular location. Omar came out, explained the situation, and helped him with what he could do instead saving that customer another 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting. That's the kind of initiative and awareness you don't see every day. Omar eventually assisted me as well, and I left feeling that my time and business were genuinely valued. Then, during my second visit, Omar greeted me, remembered my face, and once again provided excellent assistance with the ATM. The consistency was impressive. Omar, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for customers. Customer service at this level should never go unrecognized. Capital One is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company. Keep up the great work, Omar!

I really enjoyed my coffee this morning…read more The name "In Coffee We Trust" cracks me up. It's a cute little cafe in the lobby of an office building. It's very fitting, on theme, decorated for the holidays, the coffee tastes good, it's not wildly pricey, AND it's not ANOTHER Starbucks. It was my first time working in this building and I got here so early that I needed a cup of iced coffee. Salvador was so kind and sweet he put his heart into making my iced Carmel latte with almond milk. For paying a total of $6.21 I would say it's solid.

I was in the Hallandale area and wanted to work from somewhere before heading to a show and found this spot after a quick Yelp search! Upon arriving, it was definitely confusing. This location seems to just be for those in the office building because it is a bit hard to get to. The garage (very little amount of street parking is available) has a gate that looks like you can't get through but you can just drive up to it and it'll open. Then when you want to park, there's a "valet" waiting that you have to pay for even if they don't park your car, which was definitely very confusing to me... The actual coffee shop is on the second floor (I believe) and is surrounded by small offices. The cafe itself is nice with a decent amount of seating. They have a variety of board games too and different areas to chill at. We sat at the high top table and enjoyed the long body mirror behind (great for pictures). The employee guided us with which Kava was best suited for beginners and I enjoyed the ability to mix and match the flavors. My first drink was strawberry kiwi (a bit strong at first), while my second drink was more easily digestible since I picked the passion fruit & pineapple flavor. They also have sugar free options if you're trying to watch your calories! Their bathrooms were clean and the overall area seemed quite organized. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely return to try their jolly rancher flavor!
