Excellent friendly service. Went here to repair the screen on my Ipad. It was done professionally and at a fair price. Be sure to purchase a Yelp deal before going - $15. off read more

Came in with a shattered iPhone 6 Plus screen. Left the happiest person. Excellent and speedy service! Will recommend Cyber on U to all my friends and family. read more

I dropped my phone in February and the screen shattered. I was hesitant of replacing my screen because my sister replaced her screen once and the people who did the service for her didn't do a proper job and her phone stopped working. However a good friend of mine raved about Cyber on U and I decided to go. The service was excellent. He replaced my screen and I was in and out of their in 15 minutes. It was been a few weeks and their are no problems with my phone. I am very satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a reasonable price, even cheaper than I was offered previously. I highly recommend going to Cyber on U for your electronic repair needs. read more

Very happy I found this place.Great service, honest technician, good price.Replaced broken screen for I phone 5.

I came in to replace a screen on my 4 months old phone. i paid 75$ and took the phone back happily. a few days later the new screen stoped working and i came back. Max took the phone, and after 3 weeks (!) said the problem was not the screen, and that the phone is broken. during the time he held the phone he told me twice to come pick it up, and when i came (20 min subway drive each direction) he told me that its actually not quit ready and that i should come another time (why did he tell me to come then?). The last time i was there i told him to send it to me when its ready (after twice i came and returned without the phone), and i paid another 20$ for the shipment. After two months he finally sent the phone back to me (not working). The money i paid him he told me he won't return.... To me that's really unprofessional from every aspect... read more

Got my Galaxy S6 Edge screen replaced in 20 minutes. Couldn't even find one other place that did it. Will be back for all my tech needs. Nobody beats Max! read more

The best service! Knowledgeable ,smart and fair pricing. Highly recommend. I've been going for years. Max is a very honest person he could have charged me and told me things where done I would have never known. Good business person that's why I keep coming back. read more

I had a great experience there! I had dropped my laptop and Max fixed it very quickly and installed all programs that I need!

Max has helped me out three times. When my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro broke, he fixed it with no issue. When my Nexus 5 broke the first time, there were issues with the first replacement screen, but the second one worked just fine. I broke my Nexus 5 again, after falling in the street and he got the screen a day later. Overall, I have no complaints. read more

Replaced my damaged hard drive in no time and charged me much less than my local computer shop. The previous place told me that it was tricky to install and therefore they had to charge me more and it would take some time as well. Well...this was no problem for Mighty Max who told me it was ready the next day. Cyber on U also sells phone accessories and streaming devices and they also got a cat! I'll definitely be coming back for future computing needs. read more

Came in to repair my iPhone 6, I couldn't be happier the price is unbeatable and with a quick easier repair if you need your smartphone or tablet repaired as soon as possible I definitely recommend max at cyber on U!! read more

I am a seriously low tech person, who never the less really depends on her laptop. When mine wouldn't start Dell Tech ran a diagnostic and convinced me that I needed to replace my hard drive at a cost of $150.00 or more. I was given a choice of fed-exing the laptop to Dell or finding a local person. I found Cyber on U through Yelp and believe me it exceeded all my expectations. The polite and intelligent young man who assisted me had it working in about 30 seconds. Apparently the Dell tech was either incompetent or dishonest. Thankfully Cyber on U was neither. I had come expecting to pay a lot and ended up not paying a penny. I couldn't be more pleased. If Yelp has an "Honest Merchants Hall of Fame" Cyber on U should be in it. They will be my first call the next time something goes wrong. read more

Very good price. He was so helpful and recommended things that would help me even when he didn't profit. He also allowed me to return something when I realized I already had one at home. I highly recommend. read more

I found Cyber on U on Yelp and am very happy I did. Now this is my to-go place to resolve any problem with my gadgets. Max is very knowledgeable and skillful. He makes every effort to fix the problem, and the price is very reasonable. He also responded quickly to my question on Yelp. I recommend him to all my friends who have phone/iPad problems. read more

I shattered the front of my iPhone, it was awful, no smartphone! I came here and he fixed it while I waited, it was super fast and a fair price. Extra bonus, while your waiting the house cat will entertain you! read more

Max did a wonderful job and I would vouch for this his service anytime, hands down!!! I was really happy with the outcome.

Do not come here for laptop or computer repairs. What is clear immediately is how much phone repairs are their main business. Max was nice enough when I dropped off my laptops on a Wednesday. He said he would have an update on one on Friday and the other on the following Monday. Friday comes, no call from Max. I think to myself that I'll give him the weekend. Monday, no call. Okay, I'll give him one more day before I call. No call, on Tuesday. I called and Joe answered saying there was no update and that Max was busy with a customer (in fact I never got on the phone with Max). I called again Wednesday and nothing again. On Thursday, I probed more and it became clear that little to no work was actually done (one laptop had a broken key that apparently takes more than a week to fix) and Joe was trying to stall for Max. I told Joe if it's not ready today I'll have to take them back and give them to someone else. End of day, and still no update! I was forced to take the laptops back. Joe was on the phone with Max, calling me "what's-his-face" in my presence. There was no apology for the failure in service, the lack of communication, or the unprofessionalism. Before I left I asked "do you know why I'm taking them back?" Joe said he did and I left. So these are the kind of people who will be knowingly and intentionally unprofessional. I would have been fine if they had communicated their progress by making a 30 second call when they said they would, but I was forced to keep checking in when I was constantly assured that they would contact me. So if you want a professional laptop storage solution come here! I can't speak for their phone repair service but I was tempted to take a sharpie to their banner and cross out laptop repair. Can't wait for your replies/excuses/apologies (as if?) Max and Joe! Thanks for wasting my time! read more

Wow, super impressed with Max and his services! First time I had to change my battery on my iPhone 6 and he took care of it in 10 mins. He is extremely knowledgable in all electronics and I'll be sure to go to him again for any cell phone/computer problem. The best of the best! read more

Max is THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. He's fast, he has good hours, he's willing to go above and beyond. Recently BOTH our phones had water damage due to a rafting trip on the Delaware river and we knew we would not make it back to NY before his closing hours. We texted him and even though it was right before the weekend and we were going to be late getting to him, he took the phones no prob. Mine was done nearly instantly and my husband's was almost unfixable but he pulled a rabbit out of his hat and fixed the damage! We still had 12 months of payments on my husbands phone so we would NOT have been able to replace his phone right away! I am just blown away by his level of expertise, his professionalism, the tips and information he gives us about the phones FOR FREE, the works. He needs to clone himself and set up ten other little shops all over the city so you never have to panic if you drop your phone in the toilet. TAKE IT STRAIGHT TO MAX! If it can be fixed, he will fix it, and even a few cases of where he's brought a phone or other device back from the dead via voodoo powers alone. And the Yeshiva of Flatbush trusts him to fix allllllllllll those iPads their kids need for school! That's a lot of iPads...yet he still has time for the little guy. If a huge, prestigious yeshiva trusts him, yet he can take care of them and still have my water-damaged phone back after a weekend, as far as I'm concerned he's the gold standard. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PRECIOUS DEVICE WITH ANYONE ELSE. Go see Max. You'll thank me (and kiss his feet.) read more

I would leave Max more than 5 stars if I could! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, reasonably priced! I walked in with a phone with a terribly cracked screen that could do nothing other than check the time. Less than 15 minutes later and Max made my phone seem as if it were brand new. I would definitely recommend him and most definitely will be going back to him for all my future tech problems! read more

Brought in a very cracked iPad. Was told it would be ready next day. It was ready and done like new. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent and professional. I highly recommend their service. read more

I honestly never write reviews because..well, I'm too lazy to do it. Yet I felt when I left Cyber On U I would be doing a disservice if I didn't. Honestly when I walked in I didn't know what I would get. I had just dropped my IPhone 6 and the entire screen cracked. All I wanted was for it to get fixed, fast and not pay an arm and a leg for it. It took no more than 20 minutes and the price with a brand new tempered glass screen protector was still cheaper then every place I called, and no wait which was important. I didn't get the owner's name when I was there but I guess from reading the rest of the reviews that it was Max. Max was very nice, quick and before we left made sure everything worked. Nice treat while I was there was the chance to see the 3D Printer he purchased and some models he had made, even a dock speaker for his cellphone. Great place, highly recommend. read more

I had Max repair an iphone screen today and was hugely impressed by his efficiency and professionalism. The cost was super affordable too. If you're in Brooklyn, there is not better place to get your iphone or laptop repaired than Cyber on U. Ask for Max. read more

I accidentally broke my iPad Air screen and I was worried about the cost for the repairs. I tried first with Apple and they quoted me with an astronomical number that I might as well purchase a new one. Then I did some shopping around and I Found Max. He was the embodiment of a true professional, courteous, and efficient. He replaced my screen at a very low price and had it ready for me the next day. I will recommend all my friends and family members to go to Cyber On U. read more

The owner at Cyber On U ripped me off. I went there with my galaxy s5 which needed a new speaker, and a back cover. So the next day I went to pick my phone up, and about 10mins later without me even walking out the store, I learned that my speaker was still not working right and he had replaced the back cover to the s5 with a cheap one which was not the way i gave it to him but i didn't really make a big deal out of it as I really wasnt looking into the details because I plan to get a new phone soon. So I brought the phone back and this time he kept it for 3 days, even though he said he would have it fixed in a day, and he said he would call me when it was fixed, but he never did, nor did he reply to my email. Eventually I got it on a Tuesday, and about 30mins later, my phone speaker was still not fixed because he never replaced it which was what I payed for, he only try fixing it. He ripped me off, the time wait was bad by the time i got my phone back. For all his troubles, he kept giving me stories about the problem, but we all know when someone is full of sh*t as we think on our feet. Well, he lost me for good. I actually would of brought him more business, like getting my phone rooted and bringing my old galaxy note 4. He gets not one star from me! He charged me $80 and never mention anything about a warranty read more

I got cake batter in the speakers of my new, expensive phone that I really love. I tried cleaning it out with toothpicks, which only made matters worse. The speakers were not working and I was very upset. I almost just switched back to my old phone because I was sure it was a lost cause. I called Cyber on U right away since I live nearby and was told I could bring it in immediately, which I did, and the man who helped me fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and saved me a lot of money and heartache. My speakers work and my phone is fine. Even when I had a minor issue after leaving, I went back and he helped me fix the issue right away. They helped me out big time in a major jam last minute and thanks to them I still have my nice new phone. I didn't even have to leave it overnight. Definitely worth going to these guys if you need assistance or repair, they will try their best to fix your problem. read more
