He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. The National Grid gentleman arrived in less than an hour from notification. His first question: do you have a humidifier? Answer: yes. Turns out the gas flame was being affected by the minerals in the humidifying mist changing the flame's color to orange. I shut off humidifier and shortly thereafter the color of the gas flame had returned to its normal blue color. Thanks, Jason.
