I bought a house which he had reroofed 3 months earlier. It began leaking around the skylights within 4 months. After threatening the seller with a lawsuit, Ryan did come out and look at the problem, and told me that he would not guarantee his own work around the skylights and recommended taking them out. After hounding him for 3 months, he finally agreed to come out, remove the skylights and replace that section of roof. Since then, it has leaked far worse, and I am having to find another company to do repair his replacement job. He did not seal any of the vents, the chimney, or the section where his repair met with the rest of the roof. I can't tell if he was merely spiteful or genuinely incompetent. But my brand new house is now costing me an extra 20 grand to replace a 3 month old roof. He may be cheap, but he is not worth the work to fix his work.
