We went to celebrate our anniversary. The view is stunning. We had a drink Oshen bar before we went to the restaurant. The beach was beautiful to see beginning of sunset. All of the food at CW Prime Was very good, service was great and it was a fun experience

Highly recommend making reservations in advance. We called a month prior and had 8pm seating. We waited in the bar area for a few minutes before table was ready. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in there. It was very small space though. The dining room was Mid-century modern decor. Our waiter, Justin, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had good recommendations. My husband and I split the Waygu Denver steak and Maine lobster. It was so flavorful! Highly recommend. We finished the night with the josper apple pie. Oh my! Just make sure to come hungry.

It was hard for us to get a last minute reservation but we made it in. Was so worth it. The food was exceptionally good. But the service was even better! I wasn't even hungry but I cleaned up my spaghetti with truffles, side of lobster tails of course, with no problem. Hubby had a dry aged cowboy which was perfectly cooked. The martini was excellent. And our server Maxwell was so sweet and friendly. Great personality. My family and I will put this in our "must come back" list when we are in the area. !!!!

We have never received such incredible service before at a restaurant. From the time we walked in to when we walked out, we were treated like royalty. Maxwell, the general managers, and the food runners were the BEST! The food was truly one of the best meals. Definitely get one of the steaks! The general manager gave us a rundown of the meat quality, where they get it from, etc. Truly an amazing experience.

Our first visit to this newly opened restaurant in the St Regis. Parking is valet only , $10 if validated. Credit card only. Easy peasy and staff made a great first impression. The resort is absolutely amazing, and shows what 14 years and $800 million can do. This is one of three signature restaurants in the property. The restaurant is smallish, with only 26 tables and limited bar seating. Plan and reserve ahead. The interior is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We stopped for a drink (one delicious cocktail and a glass of rose) at the bar, then headed to our table. Our friend is the sommelier here and he served as our guide and anchor. We tasted through several appetizers (all were delicious, with the lobster "doughnuts" and empanadas as standouts. The dry-aged cowgirl ribeye was perfectly cooked and the side of potatoes a perfect accompaniment. Dessert was visually amazing and it was super yummy as well. We loved our dinner and the experience. Prices are on the high end (to be expected at a beachfront resort with room rates starting at $1,100/night). Corkage is $35. Next up are the Italian and Asian fusion restaurants!

There was a short wait to be seated, enough time for us to go back to the courtyard and listen to some live music. I had already checked out the menu and knew what I wanted, which was helpful once we were seated in a somewhat dark dining room. They offer more than seafood, but I wanted seafood. They have a Naked Fish section where they offer a few types of fish with many preparation choices. In the end my wife and I both decided on their less expensive Camp Basket and splurged on both a Clam Chowder and a Camp Salad. The chowder was delicious. The serving size was really not large enough to share but we did, and left me wanting more. The salad was fine. The basket was larger than it first appeared with lots of thin cut fries at the bottom. The several pieces of fried oysters and shrimp were flavorful. The basket also had small bites of okra and a fillet of a lightly breaded white fish. Too much food for my wife, enough to fill me up. My plan to try a dessert faded away. Once we paid we headed back to the courtyard to listen to more music before heading out. A very good meal and a pleasant evening, who could ask for more.

Once our large group was seated, there were fans around us, so the bugs went away. I am from California, so I am not used to good service lol, so I was pleasantly surprised with all the "Yes ma'am," "Thank you, ma'am," etc. The server was nice and a total trooper with the number of people he had to keep track of because we all had separate checks. He did an amazing job, and we were extremely grateful. I tried their Housemade Crab Dip, and it was delicious. It was a great portion, really creamy, and well seasoned. For my meal, I had the Admiral's Platter. Everything was delicious, not too oily, and I loved the dipping sauces that came with it. Overall, it was a great experience with great service. If I'm ever back in Sarasota, I would love to come back.

No issues at all with the service. The two stars are for the food... I ordered the Firecracker Wrap with deep fried chicken, my partner ordered the hot dog and shrimp appetizer. My chicken was bland and mushy inside of the wrap, the side of coleslaw it came with was a 3 bite portion. My partner's hot dog was also bland, absolutely not worth the price. If quality and flavor matter to you, I would 100% skip this spot.

We got there a little early for our reservation and they were immediately ready to seat us. They even made an effort to place us near the fish tank so our toddler could watch the fish during dinner, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself felt more intimate than I expected. I've seen reviews mention the awkward layout, but I actually thought it gave the space a cozy feel. Unfortunately, the food and service didn't fully live up to the prices. Our waiter was kind, but we barely saw him during the meal and waited quite a while for drink refills. I'd also mentioned in the reservation notes that it was my husband's birthday dinner and our first time visiting, but neither was acknowledged during dinner. Normally that wouldn't bother me much, but with the pricing and the restaurant's elevated presentation - polished uniforms, fresh seafood options, extensive wine menu - it felt like there should've been a little more attention to the overall experience. My husband did absolutely love the coleslaw that came with his fish and chips, especially the pineapple in it, which he'd never tried before. I ordered the grouper tacos and thought they were okay, but not especially satisfying. They came with a salad, and I found myself wishing I could've swapped it for fries or a heartier side. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing or misunderstood the menu options. Most of the crowd during our visit seemed older, and the restaurant definitely feels geared toward that demographic. While I don't think we'd personally rush back, I'm still glad we gave it a try. I also thought it was a nice touch that they offer a 15% discount to the ice cream shop next door if you bring your receipt.

This seems to be the new trend everywhere we go. Even more disappointing because we couldn't get happy hour prices for our drink because we were seated at a table. Our server was very friendly and quickly took our drink order. The list of cocktails and wines is extensive. I settled on a hibiscus infused cocktail with guava juice and lemonade. For me it was way too sweet. The menu is varied, but definitely geared toward seafood. There are no daily specials as the menu changes daily. I settled on a Caesar salad and the crab cakes. While waiting for my salad we were served salmon pate with some crackers and also fresh warm bread. Both were very good. My salad looked very nice and was good too. We waited a longer than normal time for our entrees. My crab cakes were just ok. Yes, there was tons of crab and little filler, but they were dry and the sauce on the side only helped a bit.
