This shop is ran by true scammers, Alfonso and his assistant Judy, are the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. I trusted them with my car for what was supposed to be a simple 1-2 week repair. They demanded money upfront, claiming to be a "small mom-and-pop shop" that needed the funds to buy parts. To speed things up, I Zelled them the money. Instead of doing the work, Alfonso gave me excuse after excuse, blaming my insurance, blaming suppliers, blaming anyone but himself. Meanwhile, my car sat on their lot for 30 days (untouched and unrepaired) in the Texas heat. When I finally requested a refund and to take my car elsewhere, Alfonso and Judy turned hostile and aggressive. I was verbally attacked and had to call the police just to retrieve my car. By that time, the battery was dead from sitting unused for so long and I now have to pay for another one. They refused to provide any repair timeline, refused to return the money I had already paid, and their negligence forced me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for rental cars. Alfonso continues to string me along with empty promises of a Zelle refund, claiming his business "needs to make more money first" before he can pay me back. Imagine that level of dishonesty. After researching further, I discovered I'm not the only victim. The BBB and other review sites are filled with similar complaints about this shop taking money (including insurance payouts) and failing to perform repairs. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern and a scheme. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic human decency is shocking. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even for something as simple as an oil change. PLEASE don't fall for this scam. I now have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit. Whatever the reason, I was totally ready to pay him for additional labor, but he declined. I'm writing this review an hour after I've picked up my car and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I was charged and my insurance was billed for work they didn't even do!!! Illegal and fraudulent!!!! An hour after picking my truck up, my check engine light came on. They ordered new O2 sensors and I brought into another Caliber Collision. An hour after leaving this location...check engine light came on again! After taking my truck into a different mechanic (Not Caliber) to try and get the O2 Sensors fixed properly fixed, the mechanic informed me that they couldn't do anything because my entire undercarriage was burnt including melted wires and harnesses. And, all metal was still charred and oxidized from what looked like a fire. No wonder the O2 Sensors weren't working. Now...I am left with a truck with damage to the electrical system that we don't know how deep it goes. I would highly NOT recommend using this company.
