I want to preface this with saying I'm one of the most patient people, and it wasn't even about the…read morewaiting (and waiting) that was upsetting, rather the poor customer service received by the pharmacy manager, or whoever's photo is on the wall. A prescription was sent in for my daughter the day before for some antibiotics, we decided to see if it was available at around 10:30. The gal working the register was very kind and said it'll be around 30 minutes. No problem. We went and checked out goodwill next door and came back at 30 min. Again, she said it wasn't available and would be about 30 more minutes. Okay, went for a walk, came back, only to be told again, 30 more minutes. So we decided to wait at the pharmacy in hopes it would be done earlier. No one was in line, and again we were very patient, occupying our kids with toys and electronics. 30 min later the manager came over and curtly asked if we were waiting for a prescription (I think she was annoyed at my son talking to his friend), we said yes, she runs our name, walks over, fills the prescription and calls our name saying it's complete, literally no longer than 2 minutes. We walk over to her, she completely ignores us so we decided to get into the line that had formed. Just such bizarre belittling behavior. Anyway, I'll avoid this CVS in the future, thankfully being from out of town that shouldn't be a problem.

Jacob as the Pharmacy manager, has a strong and caring team. We have never experienced such care through people who make time to make sure they not only understand my challenges, but Jacob goes out of his way to follow my new medications and medications that have challenged me. He will read up on situations that exhaust us.. hospitalize me and even notices if a new doctor is involved. I cannot say enough about a pharmacist and team who treat you as someone who matters... the fight to have quality of life matters. We are so grateful for the overall " eye " they have on my health , and understanding of how kindness makes a difference. The pharmacist told me with complete confidence that a generic version of Breo doesn't exist. After a quick Google search, I found out that this is not true and there is indeed a generic version available elsewhere for cheaper. I don't appreciate the pharmacist lying to me about it not existing at all. To say you don't have it available is one thing- but to lie and say it doesn't exist on the drug market anywhere is so dumb. I usually go to Walmart pharmacy but it was past 7 and i just got out of the doctors. I came here and I'm so glad I did! The 2 workers were super nice- they had my prescription ready literally in 5 mins after it was received. Also the pharmacist was super helpful and told me how to take it so that it absorbs better. To contrast, last time I got this medication at Walmart it was a horrible experience. The walmart pharmacy took over 20 minutes even though there was no one else there (I think the pharmacist did it on purpose). She also did NOT give me the absorption advice (even though it was my first time getting this medication). Even though Walmart is a few blocks closer to me, I think I will switch to Walgreens! These workers had a good attitude and were very efficient AND wore their face masks (unlike some other questionable places).

0 stars if I could…read more This is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. When they mess up your prescriptions (and they will), it's a (bare minimum) half an hour wait to talk to someone on the phone- and usually is over 45 minutes. The lines in the store to pick up prescriptions are down the aisles (multiple) and the drive through is just as bad. Plan on an hour for a pick up. I have a prescription that was sent 7 days ago that shows as in process STILL. I ran out 5 days ago. That is the norm for this pharmacy. AVOID this place at all costs. They are the absolute worst. I just transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy 20 miles further away so I can actually call, ask questions, and get my prescriptions on time. I just want a functional pharmacy. Walgreens lost my business, period. They've had plenty of time to fix that store but do nothing but let their customers suffer.

Usually less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist will come out and review your prescription with you if it's the first time you've had the drug prescribed at their pharmacy. My husband walked in with a prescription for pain medication for me, while I was in the hospital recovery room following surgery. I also needed Tylenol. They directed him to the Tylenol, and by the time he chose a bottle, my prescription was filled. He was impressed by the speed of the pharmacist, and the care of the pharmacist to make sure he understood the side effects of the medication and what to watch for. I live on the west shore of the lake. I started coming here after too many 45 minute waits at the CVS in Tahoe City to pick up a refill which was ready and sitting on the shelf. I live 20 minutes from Tahoe City, and 30 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. It is well worth the time spent driving (sorry earth, I know I'm burning gas) to go this pharmacy, than wait for hours to get a new prescription filled in Tahoe City. And it's a pleasant experience. I don't know why there aren't many reviews for them. I guess the patrons of this pharmacy want to keep it their secret. If you go there, please pick up your other non-prescription pharmacy needs. Let's keep this home town pharmacy in business. Their service is worth a few extra bucks.

I called the store and after many attempts to actually speak with someone, they put me back on hold for over 15 minutes. After 37 minutes total with trying to cancel my order, I was able to contact someone from the service who was able to help me with the order. the local store is awful. customer service has gone to hell.

Some t shirts I seen and have to get was paris. It was plain and minimal but the back of the t shirt is way too cool. It was a must get. They have tokyo shirts, los angeles, new york, and miami ones too. . Checked out the shoe selection nothing caught my eye yet. Sometimes I find cool Dr martens and crocs here. . Service was laid back and nice and quick with helping with check out. . The value is great for the t shirts offered here. Love the designs and price point. . My…read moreprescription has never been ready when they told me it was so I have to walk around the store until they fill it (apparently they don't fill your prescription until you're actually there). My most recent visit was the worst. I arrived at 6PM and even though it's supposed to be open until 8PM the manager yelled at me through the glass and said they were closed. I tried calling after that to check to see if it was ready. The first two times no one answered, but on the third try the manager said my prescriptions would be ready that Thursday. I waited until Friday to be sure and went in and waited in line for more than a half-hour. When I got to the counter, the manager said they hadn't filled them yet, per usual, and to stand next to an end cap for a half hour and wait for them. A half hour later he gave me one prescription and said they couldn't fill the other because they couldn't get it. I'm reasonably sure he was lying as he's lied about everything else. Even though I get my groceries at Smith's, I'm getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from here on. Spending hours trying to get a prescription filled and being lied to constantly by the pharmacist in the process would be self-abuse if I kept doing it.
