I was greeted at the Costco and informed that he had been working there 20 years and has never heard of a Costco butcher slicing already packaged meat. This was later confirmed when I went to the meat department and was told by two people packing the five dollar cooked chickens. They explained ,No the butchers do not slice meat, that's already packaged. Unfortunately, the actual butcher was not available.

She has even rung up my entire order and said nothing just handed me the receipt. The customer prior to me received a chatter box compared to how I was treated thank you and have a good day... I wonder if it's because I am a brown person. She needs to seek employment that doesn't require her to work with the public. There have been times when I see her and Kevin in the store and I turn around and walkout because I know the customer service is pure trash, just resting witch face. I have previously spoke with management about their behavior, nothing changed. Kevin did improve but Sandy is worse. It's crazy that I waste time and gas to avoid them and go to Dierbergs near Olive and Craig. The customer service there is wonderful. The staff are familiar with my entire family. This is the community my children grew up in and still reside as young adults. They have experienced the poor customer service from Sandy also. I don't want to give up on this location, but it seems there is no other choice. This has been a problem for a few years, I purchased a home closer to this location, but I may just have to take my business to Schnucks across the street. I will not continue to put up with this behavior when I'm spending money that contributes to Sandy's paycheck. Sandy may need to retire she seems to be a prejudice angry old lady.
