I have always been in and out quickly and experienced absolutely none of the negative descriptions that were given by another person. There is only one friendly worker that works there. Everyone else lies and is mean. The customer service there is subpar at best. I would never recommend using this pharmacy ever if you want your medication in time and In a friendly. They had the nerve to ask me if I speak English when I am an American citizen, which she was not. Then when I asked her why she said what she said to me on the phone, which was obviously a lie, she blatantly lied straight to my face. I even have video of this. The disrespect is uncalled for and should not be put up with.

After being given trouble every single time I tried to fill a prescription at the major chain pharmacy, I was referred to Future Pharmacy in Howell, NJ. This pharmacy is just like the old-time places I grew up with. They know your name and greet you pleasantly every time you go in. They ask how you are, and always have your medications ready when promised. As important as the personal service is, it wouldn't mean anything if they didn't know what they were doing. This team is professional, knowledgeable and very familiar with dealing with insurance. Insurance companies are now in the business of practicing medicine and are always looking for ways to give clients trouble. The staff at Future, particularly Lilly, handle the insurance company so well, and that alone is a great reason to do business with Future Pharmacy. So, friendly, knowledgeable staff, nice store, and they don't take any garbage from insurance companies. That formula works for me, and I'm sure it'll work for you as well. Go check them out.

I ended up getting the script filled somewhere else. Two days after I was given the script by my dr for bronchitis. So that wasn't helpful AT ALL. I used the Walmart app to refill scripts I already had there. Said they would notify me. Five days later no notifications. So I go in to the store. They only have one of the three filled. One was yet to be filled, even though they had the medicine and they didn't have any idea about the other one being ordered even though it showed on my app as "being filled". It's shambollic! This Walmart did away with most of the cash registers here for self check out. So it's a big long wait to check out - even if you use the self check out cause not all of them work and some of these shoppers can't walk and chew gum at the same time never mind getting them to scan themselves out. After my present prescriptions run out, I'm going back to RiteAid.
