Poor customer service, lack of pharmacy communication, lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. Answered the phone and spoke to me as if it was a burden. I had been waiting for 3 weeks for my prescription to be filled at another CVS, and nearly a week at this location after it was transferred. Before I could finish explaining this, she rudely cut me off and told me to have it called in at "any other pharmacy besides CVS." If you work in customer service, you should act/treat customers accordingly. Unacceptable. read more

The pharmacy NEVER has our medication in stock. They don't have the standard size syringes in stock. The pharmacy tech said they are having a hard time with their supplier getting supplies. The had issues before COVID so this isn't a Covid excuse. Our meds are standard antibiotics and standard other drugs. No reason to not have them available to customers. I'm going to Walgreens for now on. My prescriptions always have to be transferred to Walgreens. They have never had an issue filling BASIC drugs and supplies. read more

Male manager was so rude it was almost bizarre. I was having troubles purchasing my one item with their incredibly broken self-checkout machine (which they did not indicate as being broken), and that was enough to incur his wrath. He told me that if I wanted to leave the store with my item that I needed to listen up because he does this everyday, and then proceeded to give me instructions that didn't even work and we had to cancel and redo the purchase at least five times (apparently, every time his methods failed, it was "my fault"). Throughout the whole thing he was very condescending and rude to the point that it felt like he kind of enjoyed acting this way toward other people. I would not recommend going to this pharmacy. read more

The male manager is very rude. I observed him today yell at a cashier who was working the front alone. He yelled for her to hurry up and find him a coupon to help a self checkout customer. When she wasn't able to find it fast enough the berated her more. She was visibly upset and rightly so. I hate coming to this store but it's the only game in town. Ugh!!! read more

For the second time this year CVS pharmacist has messed up my scripts leaving me w/o meds. It is unconscionable how this keeps happening. My doctor sends in 2 prescriptions-one to be filled the current month and one post dated to be filled the following month. The pharmacist used Decembers script for November and the November script has expired. TWICE this has happened! The "floater" pharmacist Michael and pharmacy tech, Tierra, we're so flippant and rude so far as to insinuate *I* did something wrong and that it was no big deal. How were they even able to grab the wrong script from the queue? Where are the safeguards? My doctor follows guidelines to the absolute T and will not send in another prescription. CVS pharmacy has once again left me in the lurch with a fat "sorry bout your luck". I'm chronically ill and am at that pharmacy at least one to two times a week. Always kind and understanding when they're busy. I never ask for medication early, never cause a scene. There was no reason for me to be treated this way just as there is no reason for this gross oversight to keep happening. read more

I have been a Customer of this Pharmacy for several years but I can no longer endure the complete incompetence that continue to exibit. The Inability to fill prescriptions in a timley manner. Not stocking medications that are prescibed by Doctors, and to finaly try to get you to sign for Medications that you did not recieve. Go out of your wa y to do bussiness with this company. read more

CVS is always my go-to place. I shy away from the big box stores for the quiet aisles of a CVS. The employees are always helpful and friendly. They often have better bargains than other stores. I think the have good quality items in their brands as well. read more

I have been a loyal CVS Whitehouse customer since we moved to Whitehouse in 2003. I have seen service decline over the years but this week experience has been the WORST EVER. I have a painful eye infection that my Dr. Sent an RX to them on Monday to treat. He told me my eye should be better by Wednesday. It was late Monday when he sent it, so since I had not heard from my pharmacy by after work Tuesday, I went by on my way home to get it. I was informed at that time that my insurance wouldn't cover it so they hadn't filled it. (No text, email, phone call to let me know) So Wednesday my Dr sent an new Rx to CVS Whitehouse, which was followed with a text messages saying they had ordered the new med. Today, I went to pick it up and was informed that the new med is "out of stock " and "it's a manufacturer issue ". Again no text, call or email...Even though they have ALL my contact information and use it frequently and regularly to push sales and stupid stuff. SO THANK YOU FOR NOTHING CVS WHITEHOUSE! MY EYE is still infected and still extremely painful, I understand I am not the only person who has RX with you but with todays technology there is no excuse for you not to communicate with customers so we can be proactive in our own healthcare.
