I finally got some medicine after I asked for a manager & paid out of pocket for one prescription. I am so sick of people treating us like crap because we have state benefits....

They even tried to tell me it was too soon to fill a prescription, a doctor called in just that morning. And if they were actually able to fill the prescription, then they were not capable of processing the insurance properly. I called Eagle Pharmacy in Lindale, and they pulled the prescriptions, processed the insurance, and I had everything I needed in 24 hours. Customer service here is not just awful, it's non-existent. Even after speaking with them and them assuring me the right prescriptions would be filled, days later, they still had not done it. I mean, who needs blood thinners? That's not important. I would never recommend CVS.

They aren't even going to do anything they don't care is customers are at their beck and call these pharmacist are trying to play a doctor role And they are NOT! The doctors they are to just fill the medication's not play the doctors they are to do what they are told by the doctors and that's it because us patients are suffering I have Cancer I'm on pain medication to ease my suffering so I hope corporate sees these reviews because they need to know the public is suffering by incompetence at their stores.
