After going into the pharmacy every day for 3 days ( just that week) I was still not able to get all of my prescriptions. They even tried to tell me it was too soon to fill a prescription, a doctor called in just that morning. And if they were actually able to fill the prescription, then they were not capable of processing the insurance properly. I called Eagle Pharmacy in Lindale, and they pulled the prescriptions, processed the insurance, and I had everything I needed in 24 hours. Customer service here is not just awful, it's non-existent. Even after speaking with them and them assuring me the right prescriptions would be filled, days later, they still had not done it. I mean, who needs blood thinners? That's not important. I would never recommend CVS. read more

I went in to reload my cash card, this is something I have done a million times before at this location. Today I was told my card was not accepted. The young lady did attempt to correct the error or try again. She didn't care. She sent me across the street to their competitor and they took care of me in 5 minutes. CVS has lost me for good. I had my prescription sent to CVS on Friday. On Saturday I went to pick it up and they told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I didn't get back there for another 6 days and at that time they told me the medication had been "reshelved" as they only keep it for 12 days. I pointed out that it had only been 6 days, but continued to get the reply that it had been reshelved. I ended up ordering it from Amazon and it was shipped the same day, arriving the next day. I will NEVER use CVS again! read more

this is the actual worst pharmacist I've ever encountered. he's an idiot. he's slower than all of the other workers and seems to have no clue what is going on. Terrible I had my prescription faxed electronically first thing in the morning 142 pm and they still wanted a couple of hours. Had I not called to ask I they wouldn't have bothered to fill it in a timely fashion and they hung up on was not at all rude about it ,so unprofessional! I work in a medical work environment that is no way to treat patients! read more

Pharmacy is THE WORST on the planet. I would almost just rather transfer scripts and pay full price (my insurance requires me to fill them here). He's a tip-when an ASTHMA controller should be filled, or when the patient needs it- CALL THEM when you realize that you wont be able to fill them!!! If a zero star was an option, I'd give zero. Hell, if a negative star was an option, this store would get that. My insurance for reasons I will never understand now requires me to use CVS, so I'm stuck. The other day I went inside to pick up two prescriptions, and waited. And waited. And waited. Three people behind the counter "working" and it was the employee busy giving vaccines who finally acknowledged me. She flagged down the other "workers" and eventually one left her computer screen to help me. I told her that I had one other rx that the doctor's office said CVS would have to call Walgreens to get transferred (don't ask me why) she said they'd get that taken care of. Okay. I get a call about an hour later saying the third prescription was ready, but I had other stuff to do, and decided to pick it up next time I was in town, which was today. Since the counter was so useless, I decided to try the drive thru. There was a car in front of me. I waited. And waited. Then guess what I did? I waited! Eventually I get to the window. Where I freaking wait. Finally the employee asks how she can help me. I tell her I need to pick up a prescription. She says there's none ready for me. Wtf? She looks it up on her computer, which let me do more waiting. She comes back and says that they will have to get an approval from the doctor, and will fill it as soon as they could. I can't tell you how excited I am that I will get to go back to CVS and wait again. Yay. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could....I am 8 months pregnant high risk and my life depends on a certain medication that I need to take early every morning to keep me and my baby safe and healthy and guess what?!!? THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATION!!!!!! I didn't notice till this morning when I went to take my new script and noticed that they gave me the wrong one....it's a GOOD THING I CHECKED but now I'm without an important medication that i can't get at least until they open at 10am!!!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON GETTING THE RIGHT MEDICINE!!!!! The responsibility should NOT fall on MY shoulders to make sure THEY are doing their jobs!! I should feel safe going there to get medicine for my family but I DONT NOW! THANKS!!!! I've had horrible customer service there many times but THIS is by far my worst experience ever and has now affected me and my baby's lives!!!!!! Pathetic and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! WAKE UP IDIOTS!!!! I will sue if something happens to me or my child from this big negligent mistake!!!!!
