I had seen her earlier when she was greeting customers entering the store. She was super quick with fixing the problem and was friendly with a good sense of humor. I was grateful she helped me out since I was short on time. 5-stars for great customer service. I've been to this store a number of times, and the aisles are always stocked and neat. I haven't tried the pharmacy section because I normally go to a different CVS location, but I may switch over since this one has a drive-thru (though some of the Yelp reviews about the pharmacy are a little eye brow raising). For a long time, I hesitated going to this CVS because it was built on the former site of Pal's Cabin, a West Orange landmark that was torn down for the chain store, but I guess enough time has passed.
