Only been a few months and so far Im not impressed the slightest. Had to switch due to insurance issues and Ima tell ya now. Ive been sober for over 6 yrs now and Im prescribed medicine to help with those issues and and my mental health medication to go along with it and Its very important that my medication is available when prescribed.. And who are YOU to dictate when I take n pick up my medicine? I've NEVER had to deal with this bs before with theses pharmacies that I've heard so much negativity about before. Yall should do better or have to take classes on what its like to go without your medication! It's a shame, It really is. It could ruin People's lives or send them into seizures or just over the dang edge playing with there medications. MAKE IT MAKE SESNE!!!! read more

Avoid. My physician called in an Rx for a common sleeping pill, sublingual. No updates for 3 weeks+. Drive over (15 min each way) and they are closed. Why not call? You can't talk to anyone in the pharmacy. Drive over today and they tell me they can't get it from supplier. I then called Walgreens, spoke to someone and they will have in a few days. And a few dollars less expensive! read more

Awful. The help, the wait, the pharmacist, the parking lot. I could go on all day. I'll be picking up my last script here today.

Here are my observations from tonight. Observations Chatting Did you wash you hands?? If you have to ask an employee that‍‍‍ while handling medication??? Laziness Pharmacist very social among employees It's a party They said my Dr dated the script for tomorrow. We'll see. In the meantime: No text that we have your script but it's on hold. No communication whatsoever. When you call, they put you into VM and will respond in 3 business days. If my Dr made a mistake... ok. But they still suck. If not.... I'm reporting you to CVS corporate. You're already at 1.5. I think there needs to be a a Starbucks or Chick-fil-a there. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They straight up lie to you, are lazy and are not helpful at all. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. Great pharmacy and staff. I called to see if I could add a drug savings card for blood pressure medicine Lisinopril. The person who helped me was kind enough to stay on the phone with me while I gave her information from goodrx and patient assistance trying to see if I could get a better deal. They had a card attach to my prescription that was better than either of the offers I had looked into. I pay out of pocket so I just really appreciate the time spent knowing full well you guys are very busy and it's really a pain but she took care of me like I was the only thing important at the time. Much appreciated and thank you for making my experience wonderful. Always quick and efficient when I have used them. Just a note lisinopril is way cheaper going to a Winn Dixie I just didn't do my research ahead of time and needed medication right away. Waited a week for one script a doctor phoned in to be filled. Inquiried about delay was told it would be filled when they "got the medicine" and they would call me. Personally entered the store with my empty medication bottle and using their consultation window talked with a white coated male that I believe I'm can identify again. He explained they would have it ready that PM. I picked up what I thought was the promised medication plus others routinely hours after the promised time. I examined the bag at home and the particular medicine was not in the bag only the routinely filled meds. I checked the receipt and it was correct, I was NOT billed for it. When I called the pharmacy with a question concerning the specific medication they said they didn't know anything and hung up.* That is when I HUNG UP on that particular pharmacy. I have yet to receive the rudely promised phone call. For years I repeatedly refilled the same dozen or so medications at that store. About a year ago I had complete faith in this Pharmacy. Since then there has been an internal change of personnel in this particular pharmacy. If I could I would rate as zero stars. That pharmacy lost my business. * (I found another pharmacy, explained the problem they called my doctor and filled the script.) read more

Used to be a good pharmacy. It is now completely overwhelmed, understaffed and super slow. Call today took 45 minutes to answer. Stop in and wait time is usually 20 minutes or more. Awful. read more

Absolutely worst pharmacy & staff. Slowest and rudest I have interacted with. If you are in a hurry do not attempt to use the drive through. Tonight I decided to call to see if my prescription was ready. 25 minutes on hold. Automated telephone service said it would be ready at 5:55 pm. Cvs app said it was out of stock. I called and waited 25 minutes to speak with someone live. I actually drove to the location and walked in as they answered and told was told it wasn't available and had no idea when it would be in. Absolutely the worst pharmacy service in the area! I'm furious they are the only preferred provider for our insurance. Slow is an understatement! Waited 24 mins at drive thruway, and only got 2 of the 3 Rx (one was refrigerated) that were ready! I was so furious, I didn't even pursue it!! Understaffed and incompetent staff is obvious and increasingly aggravating! The owner/manager is oblivious!!! read more

I hate to write negative reviews, but necessary sometimes when you get employees like Margaret who decide they are in b***h mode for the day. Pulling sale tags off the rack while the item is in our hands. Margaret then chose to let the woman in front of us get the item for the advertised sale price and then absolutely refused to give us the same courtesy. 30 seconds later it was emphatically out of her hands. read more

The entrance is ridiculously complicated but you learn your way around. The lighting is a bit dark though, a bit depressing. Otherwise, front counter service isn't so bad But they do get busy so sometimes the wait is long. Though the pharmacy wait is even longer! Between drive through drop off and pick ups and in person service they are tied up a lot of times.....be ready to wait. Otherwise, service is usually friendly. read more

Never use this pharmacy or cvs location if you can avoid at all costs. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 10am on sundays. I am on hold on their phone for 30 mins so I drive down to the store- it is now 11am and the pharmacy is still closed because the pharmacist has not shown up to work yet and no staff are answering the phones to inform anyone that this is why there is no one answering. I don't care the pharmacist had a personal emergency or reason for not being there- this isn't a line standing pharmacy... this is CVS. They have the resources to prevent such an occurrence. completely unacceptable and terrible customer service and no apology by anyone working at the store either. Older woman just left sitting there waiting for a pharmacist to come in and be at their job. I will be reporting this store as high up as I can. Complete disaster. The Pharmacy is terrible. Attempting to transfer prescriptions, placed on hold, then she dropped the call! Called back and placed on hold, for near 10 minutes!! I hung up and called Walgreen's. they were quick and very professional in handling my prescription needs. Took less than 2 minutes to transfer. I have got prescriptions from here before and always found them to be VERY slow. I did not want to use them, however, due to insurance carrier change felt had not choice. I would rather drive a little further for my prescription than have to deal with incompetence, and the inability to handle Would Never recommend. read more
