I simply asked her to find a Walgreens that has this medication because they have information about the stock of medications at each location. She said it would take too much time to open the app and tell me which location had the medication. Basically, she said, "F@$ck off. I'm too lazy to do my job, and I'm not going to waste my time on things that are part of my job." It seems that this pharmacy is an example of Walgreens' very high standards. I had to go to another Walgreens, where they found the medication in 10 minutes and transferred my prescription. Just stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy.

Not even to say they're busy or to give an estimated wait time. Just endless holding until I finally give up after 15-30 minutes each time. This isn't a one-off problem--it's clearly systemic understaffing or poor management. People rely on pharmacies for critical medications, and being unable to even speak to a pharmacist for basic questions or refills is unacceptable. It's frustrating, stressful, and frankly dangerous when you're dealing with health issues. I've had better luck getting through to other Walgreens locations or even competitors. My partner needed needles (for prescribed medicine) and they were honestly more than eager to help. They asked if we had a prescription there and we answered no because it's originally from Walgreens, but he asked to see the prescription just to prove why we needed them (which we had). Everything was smooth sailing after that. If we happen to be near this location again I would 100% go again. A great way to start the year with considerate, caring and compassionate customer service. I placed an order today at the photo department and I had a young lady help me look at the order. I have noticed that the minute she clocked in to work she was miserable. She made zero eye contact with me. I asked her how did my order look like and I was ignored. When I handed her my receipt, she grabbed it and threw it on the floor inside a bag, it had my full name, phone number, email and personal info. I kindly asked her to hand me my receipt back because it contained PII, she was pissed, she grabbed it from the floor and placed it on the counter. Not a single word, no eye contact, no life. I have been to so many places, met many people never met someone that miserable. CVS need to do better. Hire people who care. That lady did not want to come to work. The time she was there was April 30th between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Management need to review cameras every day and see how their staff behaves. I would also ensure that any receipts or paperwork contains PII information of clients should be disposed off the right way.

Most of the time Kroger Pharmacy is awesome and amazing, but there have been a few issues that make it less than 5 stars. There have been a couple of mix ups with my insurance and what was covered and for how much but at least they are polite and helpful so that goes a long way. I do like that I can get refills through the Kroger app which is awesome. They're pretty good at letting me know when they're ready too. I wish they were open 24 hours like a Walgreens and it sometimes seems like they could use more staff. They say they offer the flu shot but I haven't gotten it here yet. I guess to need to do that! This would have been a 3 star review except for the awesome customer service I received today. That bumped it up and I appreciate the pharmacist and the staff for taking good care of me!
