I Dropped off an RX days ago and requested refills of all medication before the EOY. I called today to find out why I haven't received any notice that anything is ready. Turns out, the person working at the time didn't complete ANY of the requested orders, so nothing was done until today when I called up there. As Hugh became volatile, I asked to speak with someone else who wasn't him, and he refused, but he also refused to give me back my prescriptions. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. Luckily I was able to have someone obtain my emergency inhaler, but he is truly sick and should not be providing any type of medical service. I filed a complaint with CVS but will also be filing one with the state of Michigan. Go literally anywhere else!

Like most Supercenters, there are a few additional services/businesses available inside, potentially adding to the convenience of shopping here: Subway, Walmart Vision & Glasses, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Yes CVS can contact with your authorization, but as a patient it is your responsibility to make those calls and appointments to continue your medication. I have been to this location a few times. Each time there is irate customers who do not understand that process. They also do not get why insurances have to have the approval from doctors before prescriptions can be filled. The staff have handled everything with elegance and friendly responses. Though customers do not see it that way. Because how the pharmacy handles these customers and how diligent they are to solving and filling medications they get 5 stars.

I've been going here for +10 years…read more I've had good and bad experience. Mostly from the pharmacy. They do try their best. They really do get overwhelmed with orders. They are alway busy! At first, they would always get the price wrong for my meds. Eventually, they learned and I learned how to deal with the different meds and prices. Still Hint: Rash is the guy!
