The only reason why I am using CVS is because Rite Aid was closed. The pharmacy is seemingly understaffed constantly, they take forever to fill called-in prescription, their workflow is terrible, the pharmacy area appears disorganized, and they say they will notify you when scripts are filled but they don't. I have avoided CVS ever since I picked up a prescription for my husband at their drive through window. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes, which is unduly long. I went to Rite Aid because, while they cost a little more, the service they provided was exemplary. I went there for the service-if I needed something filled, I could walk up to the counter, request it, and it was filled within ten minutes. You won't find that kind of service here. You might want to find a local non-chain pharmacy for your prescription needs, or try a different pharmacy chain. But don't use this CVS-it's awful. read more

This morning and there was no body at the cashier, and four people waiting called in the store for somebody and a blonde girl walked up and said, what do we want very nasty?And she quoted I have other jobs to do.If you don't like your job, find something new.If you don't like people move on, you're obviously not suited to even work at cvs because you're too busy on the floor to help people that are waiting to check out.And then you give attitude.I would not recommend this store at least.Why this girl is there?I wish I knew her name. read more

The only people who work here is the staff in the Pharmacy, no one to be found at the front register! The entire staff in the Pharmacy has to close down all together at lunch, are they scared of having lunch alone? You would think they would have at least 1 person to distribute out prescriptions, Obviously, they could care less about medication distribution or customer service to the public. read more

Online, shows that the Pharmacy opens at 8 am. Nope. Opens at 10 am. Made a second trip back at 1:30 pm. Open? No. Closed for lunch, because it's important to shut the whole pharmacy down after being open for 3 hours. What a joke. read more

RE: CVS 765 E. County Line Rd., Hatboro, PA 19040 PHARMACY. I have been using my local CVS Pharmacy because it's conveniently located, but I have been disappointed with their service for a while. They have made several mistakes with my Mom's prescriptions, which require me to visit the pharmacy multiple times to have them re-run with the proper insurance information. Each visit with an error takes about 40 minutes to resolve, which is very inconvenient. During my last visit, I also noticed that they didn't use a prescription coupon that I had given them. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the discounts they advertise. Of course, the prescription was not ready when I showed up at 6:06 pm, so I had to wait (AGAIN) and they rushed it through. Because I purchased additional store items, I didn't notice the co-pay for my prescription was incorrect until after I got home. I tried to call to have it resolved over the phone. After five phone calls due to dropped calls from their end, I finally got a live person. I was told I MUST come in to have the order returned and re-run. This was yet another trip to CVS, which is definitely no longer convenient. While I appreciate the convenience of the store's location, the mistakes and oversights have made it inconvenient for me to rely on their services. Dealing with these errors takes up a lot of time and effort, outweighing the convenience factor. I hope THIS CVS Pharmacy takes these issues seriously and improves their service. I expect them to be accurate, reliable, and efficient. It's important for the pharmacy staff to pay attention to detail and provide a smooth and error-free experience. Overall, my recent experiences at CVS Pharmacy have been disappointing due to repeated mistakes and oversights. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Scripts are filled within an hour or so of receiving them. I use this pharmacy for initial or one time scripts and vaccinations. read more

I had a prescription refill that was to be picked up the day after I inquired about it. Fine, whatever. I assured them I would be picking up the medicine the next day. The next day, I check my CVS app and the prescription is not listed as "In Process" so I call the pharmacy to let them know I would be on my way to get the medicine. They told me they would not be processing the prescription until after their lunch break at 2:00. I clarified that I could pick up the medicine at 2:00 and I was told yes. At 2:30, the prescription STILL is not in my CVS app account, and when I get to the pharmacy, they tell me they can't fill it yet. I inform them that I called that morning and told them I would pick up at 2:00. Then they pivot and tell me they need 30 minutes for the pharmacist to open the safe for the meds. This pharmacy is overworked and understaffed and cannot even manage to get people's prescriptions to them in a reasonable time with advance notice of a pick up time. My prescription plan lists CVS as a preferred pharmacy, but I'm going to start using Walgreen's more. read more

Every time I come to this pharmacy I say it will be the last time. The people working there are nice enough, they try to be helpful. The woman pharmacist however, is so very rude. I've had scripts called in or dropped off in the morning and have gone back in the evening and they're still not ready. Then I'm left standing there for 20 mins while she "expedites" my script. First of all, my "same day order" was not ready in time. I called the store about the order and was redirected to a different number. Called that number and they told me to call this store again. When I explained this to the manager she accused me of lying about calling the other number. She said "There is no way you got through to them in that short of a time." and had a very rude tone. I do not recommend this pharmacy for a Covid test. You have to make an appointment and go through the drive-thru. I've had three tests here and each time I've had to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get to the window. Even being at the window doesn't guarantee you assistance because I've had to wait just to be acknowledged even after I pushed the button. They are either seriously understaffed or seriously incompetent. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. They don't help in any situation. Every month I have a hard time getting my scripts filled. When I was told that I didn't give any notice to refill my script. It would be ok if it was a new one but I had a 30 day script and filled it for 20 days knowing that I would be back for the other part of my script. Then the pharmacist called me at set this transaction off to a bad start. I spent the entire morning running around to trying to get it filled. Then the pharmacist told my doctors office that it was filled al morning when I just left the store. Every month it takes at least 2 trips to get my meds getting possibly exposed to COVID. It becomes a hassle just for your medication especially when you don't have any pain meds. They are never at fault. It is always the customers fault. I just don't understand why it's that hard. I just wonder if someone who has a really bad time getting around like the elderly or if you are on crutches or in a cast or just plain old sick can handle the rudeness of this pharmacist. She makes my blood boil. read more
