I was in and out in under 10 minutes. It took a little longer than I expected because the pharmacy was so busy I had to locate it on my own. But I found it and was able to check out quickly. They delivered my chair 2 days before surgery and it was perfect! But I did have a problem, the remote stopped working in the middle of the night. I went into the store and got a new remote, problem fixed, but not quite. They have a wonderful olden man working there, Cecil I talked with him a few times and two days ago he can out and my chair is now perfect again. Miss Serena is a professional in her craft, a personable individual and she takes her time to explain in detail medications as she goes beyond the Call of Duty. We are very blessed to have her as our pharmacist. She exercised patience as she explained each medication. She did not rush through anything. The pharmacy itself is on a quiet Road on the right hand side when coming off the main Highway. Inside the shelves were neatly packed with supplies, there is a private room off to the left where if you needed to get a flu shot you would be able to do so in private. They had a blood pressure machine there which was a good idea to have at a pharmacy. Too many of us are running around with hypertension and don't even know it. Nonetheless as customers came in they were greeted by staff members one by one and they all left out with a smile I'm very pleased with their services. I'm not from this area but I picked up on the pleasantries, professionalism, knowledgeable staff, friendliness, kindness and concern that Serena and the staff of this Pharmacy displayed. Covid testing appointments are easy to set up online, then at your scheduled time you pull up to the drivethrough window and they give you the swab and instructions. Both times I have recieved results for th PCR test within 24 hours! As for my perscriptions, I am signed up for texts updates so they remind me when a refill is ready or when a perscription needs to be updated by mu doctor.
