It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone without waiting at least 30 minutes before you're placed on hold again. Then once someone answers they either pick up the line and immediately hang up or are rude. I finally got tired of the type of customer care they provide and decided to move my prescriptions to Costco since it's close by. I called to verify they received the fax and to have them expedited the prescription. The pharmacist, male, answered the phone and stated to call back because they were extremely busy! This was after being on hold for over 30 minutes. The proximity to our neighborhood is convenient but not worth the horrible customer service. I've called other Walgreens pharmacies in town and have never been met with the rudeness I get here. Now that Costco is nearby, I'll be sending all my prescriptions there!
