I applied for and brought a discount card with me per their previous suggestion to try to supplement the cost of the med thinking my insurance would not cover it or that I may receive a bill later. The tech did not explain that it was already paid and I could get my medication how I normally would. She said "oh yeah, it's $150," with which I replied "yes, but my insurance is no longer active." The insurance was removed and was unable to be reversed after the discount card had been added. My medication is very expensive, but I require it, so I was prepared to pay out of pocket. Given that I asked her to add the discount, which did not work, I am not even upset about the fact that I had to pay full price. The problem I have is that although did not show any sign of resentment at them or the situation, they acted like I was attacking them and proceeded to complain about remaking the prescription from a 3 month supply to a one month supply. Here is the takeaway: 1) Do not assume your customer knows and understands all the rules, so thoroughly explain before making changes; 2) If no one is yelling at you or making rude comments, do not condescend to behave like the customer is stupid or crazy; and 3) If you have to re-do something, do not complain to the customer because it is part of the job you signed up for. And no, I do not want anyone to contact me to fill out a survey or ask me "how can we make it right?" Retrain your staff or find new ones. Date of service: 7/6/19.

    My wife and I have been refilling our prescriptions with CVS for 2 years. We transferred our…read moreprescriptions from the CVS on Main Street to the one on Old National; this was the biggest mistake we've ever done. Indeed, last Friday (6/07/2019) I went to the CVS located at 7055 Old National Hwy to refill my insulin, the Humulin N. I was told that they were out of it, and they need to order it. So, she asked me to come back Monday (6/10/19). Let's make a stop and clarify that for the last few months, I've been refilling this medication for $45 which is a month supply. I can't describe my surprise today when I was told by a pharmacy clerk that I owed $90, which was 2 boxes. I clarified that I just wanted a month (1 box) supply as usual, just like the past months. The lady checked back and hit me with another surprise. She said that even 1 box will be $90, that I have to check with my insurance. So I checked with my insurance who tried to reach the pharmacy over the phone in vain while I was standing right there waiting. The insurance explained to me that I've been paying $45 for the last few months, why would I pay now $90 for one box? Let me clarify that my doctor did not send a new prescription, CVS has on record that same prescription for which I've been paying $45. I left the CVS pharmacy with that bad experience, and without my insulin, with no insulin available for me to take. I guess they don't care about that. My prescriptions will be transferred to the Walgreens, the Wal-mart pharmacy, or the Kroger pharmacy all of which are located on Old National Hwy. I will never, ever, recommend the CVS pharmacy.

Starting from the first issue her3 goes.... 1. My daughters RX was called in the day before from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta ER but NO ONE pulled the info or tried to fill it. I literally had to tell Ghetto Girl (we'll call her GG for short) the RX was waiting. 2. GG then proceeded to make this interaction as difficult as possible by telling me my daughter didn't have insurance...she does...and that self pay was $96. I called the insurance company and got the info she needed. 3. I have now been here an hour...informed them the RX was waiting and called the insurance company....felt like I was doing GGs job....and GG then says the RX isn't approved...the wrong code was applied...this is AFTER I got an exception room the insurance company. I asked tha heifer what meds were approved and she said the DOCTOR should know. 4. So now I have to call CHOA and get a doctor to correct the issue...and it is now almost 2 hours that I've been waiting. Again I felt like I was doing GGs job. Get the doctor on the phone and they WONT talk to her on MY phone....something they failed to tell me as Im.placing the call. 5. Finally get everything situated and GG then tell me they don't have the suspension quid needed to fill the RX!!!!! Now this heifer has been of ZERO assistance for 2 hours, while I fixed all the issues and COULDN'T EVEN FILL THE RX!!!!! Yet I managed not to match her energy and be rude. The pharmacist FINALLY got involved but by then it was TOO LATE to have the RX transferred to another pharmacy so I'm STUCK without medicine for my sick child AND I am FORCED to have to continue to deal with them. The pharmacist agrees to order the suspension liquid and I STILL have to come back the next day. GG's ignorant, I didn't come to.work to work today attitude, combined with her inability to ACTUALLY HELP ME was RIDICULOUS. I have NEVER experienced an employee go.out of their way to NOT HELP a customer. This was the 1st and LAST RX I will get from Kroger. I wasted 4+ hours of my life doing with an incompetent employee at the expense of my daughter's health. This pharmacy is an EPIC FAIL.

    My Walmart Experience started on 04/09/2026 when I ordered 4 items on Walmart.com. 2 Scrub tops…read moreand 2 pair pants. I received a message that my order was ready the next day for pickup at 9:36 am. I came to retreive my order at 4:20 pm but when I called the pickup number I was told that my had been cancelled! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup since it was recent that the order was cancelled and I asked why and was told it was flagged because I used a Walmart Gift Card?! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup to see if I could still get my order because I needed these items for work and did not have the time to reorder and wait again. I came into the store and spoke with Brandon and he asked for the order number and said that he would try to help me. I waited for some time and then he returned and told me that the order was cancelled and he could not give me the order. But we already knew this before I waited. It was also suggested by Brandon that I try to find the items in the store and maybe I could price match them. I spoke with the store manager and told him about my situation and he asked if I spoke to the Supervisor in the back who was Brandon and I said yes and he said no we do not do price matches with on-line. I then proceeded to re-order the items maybe Brandon would allow me to get the order that is already back there and I so I re-ordered. I then went back to Brandon and told him that I re-ordered and he said that the order would not be available until 11:00am the next day. Ok I will be back in the morning to pick it up. Sometime during the night I received an email from Walmart that I was getting my item delivered for free! Great I thought until I received 2 more emails stating that 2 items would be coming separately. I received my order 2 pieces which should have been 1 top size medium and 1 Pant size medium. But what I received was 1 top medium and 1 pants a size 3X!!! I called Walmart and was told that, that was the only size available but why would you send a size that is not what a customer order??? I continue to receive emails stating that the other items are delayed and now I have no uniform to wear to work so I will have to order elsewhere and Walmart has the worst customer service in the Universe according to my experience!!!!!!!!
