I would like to give a shout out to David and Reyna for displaying great customer service skills to my family and I. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, tentative and efficient. They went above and beyond and we very much appreciate it. Thank you both! read more

They don't honor their open hours. They were closed way before 10pm. We needed some medicine and they are the only place that has it close by and they were closed. The employees saw people trying to get in and ignored us. read more

They always have a good selection of supplements and to go stuff. I always get my flu-shot there every October read more

Part of the fun of going away for me is stopping into CVS's and Walgreens and stocking up on stuff I already have way too much of. I'm not sure of the logic - but there is something strangely exhilarating about stopping into random stores across the country and stocking up on toiletries or gum. On our Ukiah adventure here the other week - we all were in need of something and so we hit up the Ukiah CVS. It covered all of our needs from flip-flops, trident gum, cash back, toothbrushes, to snacks. As we were checking out - some boisterous out-of-towners started chatting to us and made a flippant comment about how lame Ukiah was. The cashier with composed coolness - just raised his eyebrows - gave them a long look-over and casually corrected them. "Nah - you guys are just trippin' and obviously don't know what's up. Ukiah is what's up." My friends and I just stood there and smiled. And then we all nodded our heads in agreement with the cashier. Trust. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The techs dont answer phones the pharmacist are over worked and take 20 minutes a prescription. They open at 10 and I got there at 10:15 and the tech said pharmacist went on break and I would have to wait 2 hours. The tech was a punk. I finally left came back and he said 15 more minutes. My prescription was already ready and finally I got the pharmacist attention and got my meds. The pharmacist said she is leaving due to crappy service and crappy company. I will never go there again read more

I popped into this CVS to get a medicated cream for mosquito bites. This drug store offers a huge selection of over the counter items, snacks, and candies. You can always count on CVS to also provide a host of high quality drug store cosmetics at a great price. They offer many items for around $10 or less that are comparable to name brand items. I often make special trips to CVS for their selection of sun care products when spring and summer roll around. You can't beat their prices! read more

Called in a refill on a Thursday morning and told it would be ready at noon. I waited until the following Tuesday to go in and pick it up. Waited 15 minutes in line and when I finally got up to the counter I was told they are working on it now and will be ready in 30 minutes. This is the second time in a row this has happened. read more

NOTHING!!!I was freaking out seeing that and I ask him wtf are you doing??? He didn't say anything, I was in shock!! And I ask him again, he not even said sorry and then he filled its up and give me another shot , then I went to the desk to talk with the manager and she started listen to me but the she said I didn't do the vaccine on you so talk to him , WTF!!! I I hope no one will go there to have the vaccine.... how many people went already and they think they are vaccinated but the didn't got any reaction and is because they are not vaccinated??!! I just had the most God awful customer service experience at this pharmacy! I have been trying for almost a week to get a prescription filled for a new pain patch. You get 4, each time, and my last one was due to be changed today! My new prescription was for a higher dose patch, which I was told needed pre approval. Apparently it is the customers responsibility to call the doctor tell them they need to pre authorize the new prescription. Finally, today, they said they had no authorization yet. So I asked, WHAT DO I DO? They sent a prescription with the OLD dose back to this pharmacy. I was on the phone with the young male pharmacy assistant, who obviously was having a no good, very bad day. I tried to tell him what was going on, but he cut me off and told me he'd call me back after he checked for the new prescription. Since we were out, we stopped by, he was less than caring and took his time helping. He checked with the pharmacist, who he said was verifying the approval (?) THEN he says, they don't have it, and it MIGHT be on the truck tomorrow!!(WHAT??) He had a I don't give a crap attitude. He then tells me, I can try and find another pharmacy and have my doctor call it in there! No offer to check with other CVS's, nothing. So I'm supposed to FIND a pharmacy and the get the doctors office to call a new prescription into that pharmacy. Meanwhile, my husband is in contact with Caremark on why here is a delay in approving, and THEY don't have the new larger dose prescription in for approval! Then Mr. Disinterested finally comes and says that he checked three CVS and none had it in stock, (which I knew from my own frantic calls) THEN after telling us almost 40 minutes before, that they didn't have the original dose patches, he says he will go ahead and order it then! WHAT??? He had a prescription he knew was needed, and knew they couldn't fill it right then, because it needed to be ordered, and he delayed it??? Why? This guy was overworked, but his attitude towards the customers sucked. Just because he was having a stressful day doesn't mean he can take it out on us! All of the other assistants have been very helpful during this time, as I struggled to get things straightened out. I have been a life long customer of CVS, and Long's before that. I worked for Long's in the 90's. I expect good, friendly, amiable customer service. This young man was none of the above. I am now seriously considering taking my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. read more

All I can say is that Harvey, the pharmacist, is like having a personal pharmacist. He's friendly, explains medicines and interactions, and makes you feel like you are important to him. He is the reason I drive from Kelseyville (past several other pharmacies) to Lakeport. read more

Can't get my prescriptions right! I don't recommend them. Find a different pharmacy. I'd do zero stars if I could.

One star is being generous. 2 years of them not able to get our prescriptions correct. They suck

Usually I have no problems walking into this store I do my light shopping here usually but I will no longer come back. Today I went in to get a flee treatment for my new puppy puppy shampoo shampoo for me trash bags and a few other items. I finally found the isle for pets and the flee stuff was on a lower shelf. I read the packages and found out my puppy is not old enough for it yet. So I stood up and continued my shopping, a lady approached me and asked if I needed assistance finding anything I politely told her no and continued walking around the store. I got to the shampoo isle looking for the biggest bottle I could get and a decent price. I did not find what I wanted to I went to the next isle over just looking around for things I could use. The same lady popped up again and said are you sure you don't need help? I explained to her what I was looking for and we went back to the shampoo isle and talked about it. I decided on a shampoo after that and headed for the isle with trash bags. She fallowed me all the way over there but hiding behind another isle thinking that I was steeling I could here her and another employee saying look shes right there. I was slightly bent over picking out a box of trash bags. I thought wow how rude I'm wearing skinny jeans and a spaghetti strap shirt. I am not carrying a purse. If I were to be stealing I would not of had a place to put it. Not to mention I'm carrying a Lou Vuiton wallet, an Iphone and my car keys. I couldn't believe they thought I was stealing so when I get up to the register I pulled out all my money in my wallet (at least 100$) and the face of the employee was in shock. Yes I hope you felt like a dumb ass for following me around like that. I will be sure to take my bisnnes some where else! read more
