The worst CVS location. They are so rude over the phone and in person. Hard to use the money minimal effort to answer questions pull up your medications verify or check if uour insurance approved it. Goodluck dealing with them. I transfer my medication quick to another location. read more

I was in line and I told Kaitlyn or Kaylyn or somebody like that that I was having a low glucose crisis. I was down to 56 and I asked if she had anything she said no since she insisted I waited for the pharmacist to talk to me about a drug test I couldn't. I thought you were healthcare people. Like most places these days, the Tinley Park CVS pharmacy at Harlem and 167th needs more staff. But the people who work at that pharmacy display grace under fire every day. The staff here have lost the art of customer service. I often leave here feeling like I've inconvenienced the pharmacy staff.

Zero stars. Rudest pharmacy staff! Wouldn't fill my prescription even after my prescriber resent with what they were asking for and even though CVS filled the same prescription the last two months. They kept telling me my insurance wouldn't cover it when it does! And what if I wanted to pay out of pocket?! Wouldn't even give me that option. The lead pharmacist aka the boss as they called her was downright rude to me and no one else would help. Now I'm out of my prescription for almost two weeks. I'll be going back to CVS in Target on 191st. read more

Covid testing in the drive through for pharmacy makes very long wait times. Very disappointed with this combination of testing and order pickup. This should only be offered where there are 2 drive up windows. read more

This is the worst pharmacy. I'll start with my best experience then go to my worse. I called yesterday and after being on hold a long time, they answered the phone and told me to call back later because they were busy. A word of advice when you pick up the phone you should ask people what they need and then decide if you should tell them to call back or remain on hold. I think you'll find a lot of the calls you had on hold could have been really quick questions and could then free up your overwhelming lines. Now my worst experience. I went in to get my rapid COVID tests, that insurance covers. I came in with all the requirements per my insurance's instructions, and the pharmacy sent me to the front register for it and the front register sent me back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is really lazy and didn't care to deal with something they didn't know how to do so they tried to pawn off a pharmacy task to the front register that has nothing to do with insurances or Phamaceuticals and doesn't even have the computer soft wear necessary to help. Since the pharmacy refused to help me the manager at the front did try to help me and gave me a phone number to call to try and resolve the issue. The problem was that she had no idea what she was doing which makes perfect sense since it wasn't her job to know, but she gave me a number I didn't need to call which resulted in them giving me another number I didn't need to call so on and so forth. I even then just called my insurance provider but got nowhere because it was a task that CVS pharmacy was supposed to do but would not. I was standing there trying to resolve this issue on my own for over an hour. No one in the pharmacy offered to help me at all. It was an exhausting day for me because I am a pregnant lady with a high-risk pregnancy and had nowhere to even sit. I'm not surprised that this is how the entire pharmacy operates with the personality of the blond head-pharmacist there, seems like they all just follow suite of this lady with no compassion (I get that the pharmacist or pharmacy manager however its run gets busy, but don't disregard stuff you don't know how to do. Give that job to one of your employees to find out what needs to be done). I went to the CVS in Flossmoor provided the same required information and they entered my insurance and gave me the covid tests no problem. Less than 5 minutes in and out, so my advice for Tiney park CVS is maybe call another CVS and ask what your supposed to do if you don't know, and learn how to do your job. Also I must say the CVS in Flossmoor was the most well runed pharmacy I have ever went to. They worked together perfectly. Every one knew exactly how to do their job, and knew how to answer every question and also had wonderful personalities. read more

It doesn't matter what time of day you come here the drive through is a half hour at least even if there's one car in front of you. The Covid testing is insanely slow and then they put it in a dropbox anyway. Put the dropbox a little further up on the side of the building so people can get their prescriptions in some water of a timely fashion. Then when you get up to the window the girl and guy working behind the counter are flirting with each other visually and audibly while you're waiting for them to pick up the phone to talk to you. I had a COVID 19 test on June 27th and 18 days later I'm still waiting to get an email with my results, cvs claims the send the test to a lab and they can't do anything thing about. This is not helpful people won't stay home unless they get a positive result and they keep spreading the virus around. read more

I've always had an excellent experience with this CVS location. I pick up all of my pharmaceuticals from here: have for many years now. The staff knows me by name, they're always helpful, courteous and professional. If they're professional I'd definitely not have remained a customer as long as I have. The costs are far more affordable than Walgreens. I take advantage of their savings coupons. The location is just east of me, making the visits convenient. This location is well staffed, clean store, easy labeling, aisles are wide and spacious. Now I'm knocking on wood in hopes that the service will remain excellent, professional and courteous and cost effective. I encouraged an employee upon my last visit to have the manager take note of the Yelp reviews, because my experience with this location has been far better than the reviews that I've read of them on Yelp. Knowing how the community views its stores, should have major importance to the stores sales and longevity. read more

The Pharmacy has continually had unfriendly staff, messed up prescriptions and then acted like it was our fault. We called to complain and was told by the manager Katie that we should go somewhere else! So basically we are being kicked out of CVS Tinley park due to their lack of professionalism and costumer service. We have been costumers there for years and have came home with other people prescriptions not belonging to us, but this cvs is the closest to our home. We have a daughter with brain damage and my husband with prostate cancer and these people have no idea what compassion means. Too bad because most people coming there are ill!! read more

There are usually long lines here and only one person working. The items are hard to find and they don't have a great layout. The prices seem to be higher for the same products that are available at Walgreens or Jewel (both a block away). Usually only come here for the redbox out in front. read more

This place is horrible!! I asked a worker where the restroom was in the store and they yelled at me and said "I don't know, look for it"! I thought they were very rude and impolite! She screamed at me and her face became red. Don't ever go tot this cvs! read more

New pharmacist there has really turned things around, always promptly answers your questions and greets you with a hello and a smile, the techs have also had a change of attitude and service is much friendlier. My meds are automatically refilled promptly. You can't ask for anything more. read more

Only one person working the cash register on a Saturday. The line is 10 people deep. No call for Back up and no apology for the long wait. Looks like this CVS needs some additional training from management, or maybe ask Walgreens how it's done read more
