However, for the past 2 years it has been nothing but problem after problem. From incorrect prescriptions (at least 2x that I remeber), multiple trips to correct that issue (mind you it's an hour round trip not including the wait time at the office), glasses being told we're ready that didn't have any lenses in them ( 3 trips to correct that issue), orders for contacts not being placed and most recently an order of contacts being sent back for no reason. To say we are DONE giving this place the benefit of the doubt is an understatement. Good luck to you if you decide to try it out.

Scheduling around my doctors appointments, etc. Nurse Christy and Nurse Tammy are The Best and go well beyond the call of nursing duties to be sure the patient gets the care they need and deserve. Nurse Tammy knows my situation and what it's like to be me and feel the way I do. Nurse Christy is a warm hearted nurse who is flexible and timely. I can set my watch to their arrival times. They give straight up no bull advice that you have to listen to. Compliance is part of the program to getting better. You can text or call them at any time for assistance and advice. And even if you don't yell or curse but are a little irritated about it, any discounts you see on the websites no longer apply to you and you will pay the regular weekly or monthly payments upfront and all other orders you're approved for are canceled without any notice. So basically smile and speak nicely no matter what happens or there will be consequences. There are gas pumps on both sides of the building and the pumps on the back side of the building are easier in and out. Haven't been inside the convenience store very often but it is a pretty crowded space. This Shell and the Suzie Q's/BP gas station/convenience store south of town are our usual stops for a fill up before heading back to Tallahassee because Georgia gas prices are usually much better than Florida's.
