My family recently switched from Walgreens to CVS after MULTIPLE issues with Walgreens here in Thomasville. I had one prescription filled here for convenience but typically use one associated with my job. That being said, immediately after my family switched (I pick up for them), I was impressed. No long (20-30 min) wait line like at Walgreens, they always have sufficient staff there to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers and they are usually pleasant to work with. We've had to call a few times about some pre authorization issues and they've always been super helpful in guiding us and explaining the process. read more

So, I came in after a long day of work to get my rx. I waited 45 minutes, while the lady filling my rx was eating chips while making eye contact with me. i dont have a lot of time, as a single father of two. I had groceries in the car as well. I'm still here waiting on the prescription. It's disappointing for sure. read more

The automated system will not allow you to speak to a real person. CVS cannot get authorization for a prescription even after the doctor has sent it in to them. read more

The pharmacy here is very well run and the staff is professional and proactive. Are they 100% perfect? No. But I'm not either. But they return all of my communications and have been very helpful. My problems usually originate with my insurance company. My guess is that other's do too. But that is not the pharmacist's fault! Thanks for all you do! read more

This pharmacy is rude, uncaring, and lacks empathy for their patients. I am actually a doctor and the way they have dealt with me is beyond unacceptable. If any person is using prescription medications, it is because it is needed. The lack of awareness with this pharmacy is disgusting. Never again will I support this pharmacy. read more

I raided the $1 section! I love a good deal. I haven't seen a CVS with multiple sale sections. The bathroom was okay...nothing special but it was clean enough. The sales attendant was helpful as well. Im just impressed by the sales! Lol read more

I'm just mad cause I came Sunday to pick up my prescription and they said I needed my insurance card, which I didn't have so I said I'll come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and told them I had the card and they said they didn't need it... So you mean I wasted the gas to come over here when you guys could've just given me my freaking medicine.
