I am only giving one star because zero isn't an option. The Asian girl/kid is the worst pharmacist ever! She is rude, had no compassion or care, lack of professionalism, ignorant, and the worst human I've had the displeasure of meeting. She thinks she is the almighty and can trump a doctors orders (prescription). Listen lil girl, you are no doctor thank god! Your job is to fill prescriptions as a real doctor orders. May you or someone you know be in desperate need of a prescription and be put through the same BS you inflict upon CVS's customers. You are the reason I will never return to this location no matter how conveniently located it is to my home. I will happily drive 15-30 more minutes down the road rather than deal with you ever again. Also, this location constantly lacks common health care related items, but you can buy all the alcohol and candy you can imagine. It's more of a liquor/junk food store than pharmacy. Can't get a simple 4x4 gauze or saline wash, but you can buy the worlds largest Reese's peanut butter cup and a fifth of Jack. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The Pharmacy people were professional and tried their best to help me. The P.A and her M.A. at the "Minute Clinic"are a complete disgrace to the medical industry. If I had the time I would file a formal complaint with the medical board. Someone should really do that. I Don't recommend this minute clinic in any capacity. I have to give a shout out to Gary the manager. They don't have the app where you can curbside shop.. however my son is only 5 and was highly contagious. I had to pick up his prescription from the drive thru window and I needed two other items in the store. I called and spoke to Gary and he personally grabbed them for me and allowed me to purchase them through the Pharmacy window. I definitely prefer CVS to any other drugstore because of the layout and convenience. This store is open 24 hours, which is always a great thing. This is my go-to spot for Crown Royal, Chivas Regal and Glenlivet. You'll usually find one of the 3 on sale any day of the week. Also, CVS-brand items are decent quality--another reason I shop CVS. Of course this store has the drive-thru pharmacy, which is great for keeping sick people away from the non-sick. And their pharmacy is 24 hours as well. My daughter and I cake to CVS to purchase hair dye for my mom and ended up spending 40 minutes shopping here. Brittany made the experience pleasant each time we went to the register with additional coupons. The CVS reward program kept issuing us new coupons each time we paid and Brittany was very patient, kind and professional. We will continue to shop at this CVS. I went to the minute clinic inside the pharmacy for a TB test that I needed for school. I was able to schedule a same day appt and see Jon-Erik (really hope I didn't get the first name wrong) and he was the most pleasant and kind medical professional I've seen in a long time. He was so friendly and talkative and made me feel very comfortable, where medical visits usually make me very anxious. I highly recommend for a quick and comfortable visit! I would definitely come here again because of him. read more

The staff literally saw me standing there for five mins for a pick up no eye contact no we will be with you in a moment. Someone came and rang the drive through call button twice and they once again ignored me and dealt with the drive through. I went to the drive through to finally get service. Just wanted to buy some lashes and eyelash glue for a dinner I was going to attend. So it was in the very front of the store so I waited patiently since there was a security lock on these products and all cashiers were busy. One older white woman named Kim I believe walked right by me so I kindly said excuse me can you help me pls and as she continued to walk past me saying she'll be back with the key. So I just wait and continue to look at products, she comes back and I give her space bec of covid and keep browsing. She has trouble me getting the security safety off and calls a colleague. A young white woman named Kayla I believe comes and also does not act knowledge me but says to her colleague "what are you going to do glue your eyes shut." I just laugh it off and ignore it. But then give Kim my things to hold at the front while I grab a few more things. Then when I go to self check out I address Kim saying "hi ma'am can I get the things you were holding for me." She gives them to me and as I'm checking myself out Kayla once again says the same thing to Kim and Kim responds "no I'm just going to glue my mouth shut instead." In my head I wonder if they're making fun of me and just being smart asses but I continue to just ignore them and finish checking out. Since my hands were full I could not grab my receipt and talking to myself say "it's fine I don't need it." Kim asks me "what" I replied "I can't pick my receipt up but you can for being so rude." Then walk out, Kim follows me out of the store and tells me to never come back. So I go back in the store to ask for their names. Kim acts like she doesn't see or hear me and Kayla is hesitant to respond. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place has lost prescriptions twice now! They claim they don't have it, the doctor faxes again and then again they don't have it!!! One time I gave up got another dr on the weekend to write another prescription thinking it was my doctors office fault and when I call again the original prescription suddenly is there! Used to come here a couple of years ago and it was great then had to change due to insurance. Now back at Cvs due to a new insurance and it is awful. I had two doctors send over prescriptions and they had to do it four times and Cvs continued to claim that they did not receive them. After a few weeks I finally talk to somebody who told me that they did not except any prescriptions via fax. They did not make any attempt to call my doctors or me to let me know this. What did they do? Just throw them in the trash and ignore them? This place absolutely sucks! read more

Worthless so go to Walgreens or use mail order if you got it . They receive the prescription but then require a doctors to receive a phone call from them to insure it's not fake , problem is anyone can fax a script to them and sit by a phone and verify . There is no real way to verify so you end up never getting your prescription . Go to anyone other than a CVS read more

Every time I go to this pharmacy they're very helpful if I have a prescription that needs to be refilled it takes only 10 to 15 minutes typically and if the doctors send it typically my prescriptions are ready within 30 minutes or they will expedite it if I get there early enough. I have had wonderful experiences here also I enjoyed getting the text messages letting me know when my prescriptions are ready so I can just go instead of waiting. Sam was very helpful as well the other girls whenever I go in they have great customer service as well and they work as hard and as fast as they possibly can this is one of the best CVS is I have gone to you and everybody is very friendly. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they used to be great. Now....slow to fill prescriptions even when call ahead (average 2 days), poor customer service, seems to always be short staffed and/or training new people. I wish there was another 24 hour pharmacy near by. Maybe I will look more into my insurance mail order system. The rest of the store is nice, clean, and friendly staff. I was very disrespected by someone working in the pharmacy this evening (the man with the sniffles). I had a question about a prescription and the call went sideways very quickly. Never in my life have I had to deal with such unprofessionalism. To the point that I had to hang up on him. It's unfortunate because I see many elderly people that go into that pharmacy and I pray he has more respect then he did tonight. This place has employees that were not really helpful. I asked for assistance looking for Aloe Vera and Qtips and she said it's somewhere in the baby section. No help at all. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because they have a minute clinic (but if you plan on going just bewarethey don't clear the waiting list out and one of the PA's prefer to answer calls rather than help) and the Pharmacist is awesome and helped answer questions the minute clinic was too busy to answer. Yup this is my pharmacy! Love love love that it is 24 hours. I can roll up to the pharmacy whenever and they will be open. I got sick with food poisoning and by the time I got out of Temecula Valley Hospital it was 4am. I was able to drive right over and give them my prescriptions. After waiting 5 minutes I was good to go with all 3 medications. I was so thankful to have a 24 hour pharmacy close by. Now I go there all the time for my meds! The staff is very friendly, and there is usually a line-but it isn't horrible. What pharmacy doesn't have a line? I also come here when I run out of milk and don't feel like driving down Temecula parkway lol read more

Having recently moved into town, I didn't know where to go for a TB test so I could volunteer and my children's school. In my Google searches the Minute Clinic popped up and I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! I was seen promptly by two ladies who were so friendly and nice, even suggesting local doctors for me and my family. I got my TB test and they also suggested a few vaccinations since I will be in the school, which I did. They billed my insurance, I paid the balance, and I was on my way. Don't ever ever buy a gift card from CVS! They took my money and never charge the card. Found out the hard way by giving it to a family member who told me it was no good! It was a a kohls card which the management at cvs said I needed to talk to corporate, so I did. They said it was not there problem. You need to talk to kohls corporation, so I did and they said it was cvs problem, and went back and forth 5 times. Nobody will help me. Also they had a problem of employees taking and switching cards at the register and keeping the charge cards. I will never ever buy a gift card from any CVS store, and I suggest you do the same, what horrible customer service. read more

The pharmacists are usually very friendly. Over the last month, I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled and yet was filled 21 days late. During the last three weeks I have called and been to the pharmacy four or five times, each time saying they didn't have my prescription refill order. Every time I called my doctor, they said that they sent it. The pharmacy denied this, so I was without my prescription for 21 days. Yesterday I finally picked it up, but it was supposed to be a 84 day supply. It was only 21. But they said they would not be able to refill for 84 days. Finally I saw my doctor today, who showed me that they sent a prescription for an 84 day supply on June 4. When I came to the pharmacy today to ask about it, the first pharmacist who helped me was very kind. The second was an absolute jerk and was extremely rude to me. He tried to blame it on me and make the lack of refill my fault, even though I had done everything I could. Not happy. Pick another pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy advertises being open "24/7"...riiiight. I show up at the pharmacy drive thru at 1:30am. There's a sign that is posted that says "The pharmacist is taking a lunch and will return at 3:30am"....huh? A two hour lunch ...really? Is that real life? Ok, if you're going to advertise "24/7" service then provide it. If not, then stop advertising a "24/7" service. It's very simple. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. At the end of the day this pharmacist does not really care, but can manufacture a reason to why its not their fault at the drop of a hat. I think the people there try, but Its just NOT a very well run business. And that is the problem its seems to embody itself as an entitled entity that you are lucky to be involved with. Experiences: - Sends you reminders to get prescriptions for things that you know longer take with robot-calls. huh? - Tells you prescriptions are ready for pick up, when you get there they are not. And they claim its not their fault there systems are incorrect, and come close to claiming that its the customers problem. - Cannot keep stock on common drugs, does not seem to care if it takes you a week to get drugs that your doctor wants you on now. - There is nothing simple with this pharmacy, they don't view them selfs as a service, more as an entity that loads you up with tasks to do their job for them. read more

The pharmacist saw me in the drive through and kept looking at me, yet wouldn't walk over to the window for 10 minutes as he pretended that he was so busy filling prescriptions at midnight. Not a soul was in the store. I pressed the button three times and each time the gentleman put his finger up. I was the only customer, yet they had me wait 20 minutes to pick up my prescription at midnight pretending that they were inundated and couldn't help me right then.
