The day everything was ready i headed to the Walmart to get the car worked on. While there, in addition , i asked to get my oil changed as well. They checked me quickly and sent me on my way. I asked roughly how long it would be and they said it takes an hour and I had priority since i had an appointment. Well almost three hours later I got my car and was able to leave. It's frustrating to watch through the window as the employees just stand there and chat with other associates or their friends who come to visit or as they lower and raise cars to waste time. You sort of feel like you're held hostage because well, you are. The service itself (the job they did) was done well, but the time it takes is ridiculously long. There is no emphasis on time management because you can tell they don't care, which is the biggest issue of all. I made my appointment for late in the day so now i know to make it for even later because they have to close at some point.
