This store need to rethink their customer service. Yesterday my doctor's office put in a new prescription for me. The CVS app said it would be ready after 1:00 PM. I got a text from the pharmacy at 12:10 that the Rx was ready for pickup. I wasn't able to get it yesterday. This morning I got a text saying that I needed to pick it up before a date in one week. So after work, I went to the store. It was 1:30 PM. Guess what? I can't pick it up now because al the pharmacy techs went to lunch at the same time. I was told I needed to come back, and that they'd been closing for lunch "for a couple of years now". So why didn't they send a text saying it would be ready after 2:00PM? Ot that I couldn't pic it up between 1:30 -2:00 PM on any day? Choose a different pharmacy that understands that folks don't want to make a second trip... read more

This pharmacist is reckless and dangerous GO SOMEHWERE ELSE. I am on a very serious medication that requires a slow taper under doctor supervision in order to come off of it otherwise serious medical issues can result. This is the second time this pharmacist has failed to order my refill and has put my doctor and I into a full on emergency looking for another pharmacy that has the medication in stock. I get the same medication every month so there is no excuse. If I could file a lawsuit, I would. This is reckless behavior and it is endangering my life. read more

I respect that they want to eat lunch from 1:30-2 and close during that time. However, when you arrive before that time to wait in line for 10 minutes to get up to the counter exactly at 1:30 to be told they're closed is an absolute joke. Something that anyone with a brain could've been communicated to me before hand as I was waiting. read more

After 9 years of working with this pharmacy, i am done. Not only have they continued to make mistakes with my prescriptions, they are rude. This has been a fairly new development over the last 8 months or so. More than once I've have dealt with unkind techs when they were the ones giving inaccurate information. I already stopped going inside for non-pharmacy related items because i was tired of being hounded regarding their wellness clinic. I have seen it, i know it's there. Enough. I used to love this store for my Rx and quick run in items. It's not convenient nor is it a place i care to visit. I am transferring my entire family to Kroger for Rx needs. read more

DONT USE THIS LOCATION! This pharmacy department is very rude, condescending, and has no patience for customers and will blame the customer for their laziness and lack of critical thinking skills. I tried getting a prescription transferred from this location to Kroger (network issues) which started out fine but then their carelessness ruined it. After getting the transfer info started in the morning, I get an automated text from cvs that they were auto-refilling the meds, to which I called to tell them not to. On the phone with who must've been the pharmacist (due to his comments later) I said "I'd like to cancel or not have the prescription filled because I'm going to have it transfer from y'all to Kroger." I reiterated that it was going to be transferred to Kroger 3 times! The pharmacist spoke as if he had better things to do than take my call, sounded distracted, and constantly talked over me. He couldn't spare 2 seconds to listen to me explain the intentions with the prescription! He said "we'll take care of it" and hung up! No repeating it back or confirming what we were doing, not even to see if I needed anything else or had questions, he flat out hung up. An hour later Kroger calls me to say that they tried to do the transfer but that cvs had canceled and deleted the prescription. I immediately called cvs back to see what the problem was. I sat on hold for 15 mins and talked to 3 different people before finally getting the pharmacist. When I explained that there was a miscommunication between me and whoever I spoke to earlier in the day and explained the whole situation again for the 5th time that day, the pharmacist again sounded like he'd rather do anything else than even look up my record, like it was such a chore for him to type my dob and last name. I was put on hold again for him to do this which should've taken 2 seconds. He comes back on the line and nonchalantly says "yeah that was canceled and placed inactive" to which I told him for the 6th time, this time letting my frustration through, that it was being transferred and all I wanted was for it not to be filled by cvs and to have it sent over to Kroger instead. He sighs, says okay, then proceeded to MANSPLAIN what the word "cancel" means!!!! This is when I knew for a fact that it was the pharmacist who screwed this whole process up by his laziness and lack of professionalism as he said rudely "next time don't use the word cancel". Mr. Pharmacist, you heard me explain the situation and detail out what was going on in our first interaction, you should've used your context clues and realized or better yet ASKED ME, if I wanted to just not fill it or place it as inactive. YOU CHOSE NOT TO LISTEN AND DO YOUR JOB! So to you Mr. Pharmacist, how dare you be so condescending, rude, and a flat out asshole by thinking it was better to mansplain the word cancel to me instead of taking any initiative in our first interaction or just biting your tongue and fixing it instead of trying to be snarky and make it seem like it was my fault for your mistake and like it was my fault for you not listening to your customer/patient. Maybe you were having a bad day, maybe you hate your job, or maybe you're just an inconsiderate lazy jerk, either way I hope your attitude changes or you decide pharmacy and customer interactions just aren't for you and do something that makes you care again. read more

This was a like two months ago or so...I went to this cvs since they said they are open until midnight, but when I got out and try to go in it was closed. It was about 11:24, thirty six minutes before the actual closing time. This is a pharmacy, they should really be more attentive with their hours, I was going in to get my mom some medicine since she was so sick...thankfully Walgreens by Walmart was open. read more

It's a decent place. They have a great selection of snacks that can't be beat. And wines! Lots of affordable wine. Also they have several seasonal aisles and the As Seen On TV stuff. I also use them for minor hardware or automotive items. Never had any trouble with the pharmacy or checkout. read more

Stopped by at 5:10 last Saturday to drop off an antibiotic prescription for my son. I was asked when I'd be picking it up, I said, as soon as it's ready. She said, how about tomorrow, you know we close at 6 ? I said, it's an antibiotic for his staph infection, he needs it today. She said, well we close soon and can't do it. Seriously ? I know your busy, but there was not another single person there waiting. I'm sorry you'd rather turn away prescriptions almost an hour before closing so you can rush out the door the second the clock strikes 6. I understand not filling it had I gotten there at 5:45 or something, but it was 5:10. How about offering me 2 pills, one for tonight and one for morning and then asking if I minded picking up the rest tomorrow morning ? Offer an option like you give a crap, rather than just handing me back my script and staring at me. Went to Walgreens and it was filled in 10 minutes. We won't use a cvs again. read more

Never!! Never make a mistake of having your medication refill at this pharmacy. The pharmacy tech or sorry lead pharmacy katie was so rude. When I was trying to get my daughters medication and I find out that they were not able to place my insurance and ask katie did they insurance covered the medication she automatically said no we don't have any insurance on file and before i was able to explain to her that I have been getting my daughter's prescription for 3 years from this pharmacy she just automatically raise her voice and said no there no insurance and i told her she should have and she could check on my file and rudely reply with a raise voice " oh if you don't tell us that she is covered with your insurance we would never know" i mean really I have been getting my daughter's medication from this pharmacy for years how would the hell will I know that you deleted it from her file and know that i have to tell you she's covered on my insurance everytime I have my daughter medication refill. Really! And the pharmacist instead of saying something she just look and said nothing. Really is this a customer service you have . No matter how nice your store is if your pharmacy tech is like this I'll say goodbye even though i have been doing business with you for years. Now I know why your reviews is only 2 stars.
