I never received any kind of receipt from Walgreen's, but I went in to pick up the order anyway since I had been changed for it. They knew nothing about the order. When I looked for it on the app, the app refreshed, my confirmation was gone, and it didn't show up. All the guy at the counter said I don't know what to tell you. I never saw anything like that before, with an attitude like I was making it up. I showed him the text from my credit card with the amount and store number on it and he said, "Yeah but that doesn't even say what you bought. I can't help you."

The staff was very helpful during CHRISTMAS TIME. BUT, staff here are always helpful. They stop what they are doing, and go out of their way to help you when you ask them a question. This is a very pleasant store to shop in. Many, many employees/helpers. Willing to go out of their way to help. Good staff/Good management. A specific "GREETER", whom works at the front door, is phenomenal. He dresses up like some movie character with a Kilt. He always makes sure people feel welcome in the store. He always says goodbye, with a great smile. He needs to be given a raise, and Walmart should do what ever is necessary to keep that employee, employed at that position-even if given a management salary. Since buying cigarettes requires identification, I presented a Military ID Card. She got mad because it wouldn't scan, it scans, just need a manager's override. I was informed that the Fred Meyer's does not accept any type of Military ID, as they are bogus forms of identification. When I produced my driver's license, she suggested that it too may be bogus. Discrimination towards those who serve. When she was done, I told her Merry Christmas, and to learn some tact. I got Merry F*ing Christmas and to shop somewhere else. If Active/Retired Military Cards are so bogus, please post that Fred Meyers promotes discrimination towards veterans and Military ID is not accepted.
