CVS needs to CLOSE THIS STORE! The folks that work here do not care about customers nor their jobs. I went to pick up meds and as crowded as they were only had one lady for the drive thru and the inside counter. Once it was my turn, the lady at the drive thru said that I had to go to the pickup window so the pharmacist to input insurance info. I go there and the Pharmacist (Nooor) was very unfriendly and acted annoyed. So I asked how long it would be and she said 5 minutes. I'm waiting patiently and it literally took 35 minutes to print 3 sheets of paper. I go up and tell her I'll come back tomorrow because of how long it's taking. Then she calls my name. I and I'm waiting on a cashier so I can pay. The pharmacist comes from behind the counter, and says to me, "You're taking my picture and I'm calling the police. I told her to call them and I would wait" I also told her that not all Black people run from cops. I then call for the store manager. Mark came back and he apologizes for what happened. I told him I wanted to confirm no cops were call. He said no one called the cops. With hesitation he gave me CVS Corp number.
I've NEVER had this happen to me. I have called in a complaint to CVS Corporate, and I hope they reach out. I did call the police and inquired on if taking her picture was illegal. I was told that as long as no one's personal info was exposed of the pharmacy, there is no crime. Just an FYI. read more
