This CVS and CVS as a business are the absolute worst. It's understaffed here so there's always a line at the pharmacy. Doesn't matter when you come. It's dirty. They do everything in their power to inconvenience you -- first they took away the ability to speak with the pharmacist on the phone about a year ago. Just recently they added this self scan at the pharmacist, so you get to stand there awkwardly as you put in your info when you used to be able to just tell them. Why even have people working there at all? How hard would it be to add some automation. How is there not a way for people to take lunch shifts instead of the whole thing shutting down in the middle of the day. I hope CVS goes out of business, I hope the employees find a better employer. All the cost saving measures CVS has put in to pad the shareholders bottom dollar at the expense of people's health -- they should be ashamed. read more

I have had an issue every time I use this location. Not to mention, every person I speak to is rude and dismissive. They rush you off the phone while you're still speaking. Find another location and save yourself the headache. read more

I was standing in line and this crazy person started yelling at the the poor cashier at the pharmacy. Something about a quarter and she wanted change. Not sure what you do with change for a quarter but man she was pretty heated. The worker, named Kaitlyn, handled it pretty well I thought, but this lady just wouldn't let up. Finally the manager came and the lady wouldn't stop and kept yelling about how she pays her taxes and has a right to correct change. Not sure where that is in the constitution. Didn't even know you could pay your taxes at cvs! Anyways I guess be careful if you need change for a quarter. Don't even try with change for a nickel!! read more

I waited for over 5 minutes in the pharmacy line behind someone and another person walked up along the side and the pharmacy worker gave me a dirty look before telling the person who had just walked up that she would take them next. Her name tag was also flipped around so I couldn't get her name. Not going back. read more
