I used the drive thru yesterday to pick up my husband's meds. I am getting a knee replacement surgery done, so it's hard for me to walk and I am wearing a knee brace. But this jerk got my adrenaline racing through my body, before I knew it, I was in the store looking for the manager. This is what happened......I drove up to the drive thru, I told the pharmacist who I was here for. He said just a minute. He came back on the speaker and told me the price of the scripts. I told him that I didn't want my husband's eye drops yet because his eye surgery isn't until next month. The doctor had called it in so it would be there when Kurt was ready to get it. This pharmacist says......JESUS CHRIST. I proceeded inside the store and confronted him. I got the manager. When the manager asked what was going on the pharmacist said to me....you are half correct.....I said what do you mean I am half correct.....he said I didn't say JESUS CHRIST, I said JESUS. Then he proceeds to turn to the miserable looking tech and said, she is my witness, she just heard me say JESUS.....I did not receive any apologies....nothing. My husband has been a customer for two years, this pharmacist has always been horribly rude, but this where I draw the line. Why keep this miserable person around? There have been other complaints. BTW when I grabbed the scripts and turned around to leave, I said I will be posting my experience everywhere I can, I heard the pharmacist say......go ahead....in front of the manager. Again, the manager didn't say or do anything.

We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

Nothing could improve sales (condescending and fake but I knew that at the membership desk when I…read moredid buy my membership), management doesn't stand behind their customer at the store and other than a few nice reps the place gave me the ick even before a serious problem presented itself. I did have a truly lovely man, I believe his name was Darryl, on the online customer service side be beyond wonderful a week ago. As for the rest? I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. So I lasted 10 days and good riddance. Thank you again.

Anybody who monitors credit rating will tell you I have exceptional credit rating. I'm 65 and have never been denied a credit card. My purpose for the card was convenience only because I shop frequently at rural king. Not anymore! There is not one reason that rural king can tell me why I was denied. It's the humiliation factor, plus an addition credit app on my credit report that disgust me. I'm here to warn all consumers, don't waste your time applying for rural king credit card. It will only frustrate you and hurt your credit. I now shop with customer friendly Lowe's, TSC, Home Depot, Amazon and all farm parts online tractor stores. Rural King carries the cheapest grade tractors and equipment. The one and only positive thing I can say about rural king is that they have a limited gun section. Rural King does not offer veteran discounts either. Are you seeing the big picture yet? Harbor Frieght just opened next door which is probably gonna run rural king outta business anyway. Those who shop frequently can also contest that rural king is not organized when running outta stock on commonly purchased items. I believe if rural king was managed better, it would be a desirable place to work. Also, paying a maintenance tech $12/hr is the reason you see lights out, etc... VERY POOR OWNERSHIP MANAGEMENT!
