The wait time in line here to pick up prescriptions absolutely stinks !!! Over 20 min and only 3 people in line !

Extremely slow service, rude, constantly messing up on how much to charge. They have forgotten to fill medications after they are called in - never apologetic. read more

I haven't used the pharmacy here so I can't comment on that. But the customer service at the check-out counters up front is good and the store is usually well-stocked. read more

I use this pharmacy only because it's conveniently located! Depending on the day the staff can be pleasant, however the pharmacy is a joke as a whole! The customer service is atrocious! No such thing as the customer being right! The staff is made up of ignorant, entitled young adults! I have complained more times than I can remember but nothing ever changes!! I will be switching pharmacies in the near future and I suggest others to do the same! I've had the wrong medications given to me, new prescriptions that were supposed to be on file lost. I've had new staff argue with me that I didn't have my medication filled on the date I specified as he was looking at the computer screen. All I can say to close this review out is the staff is arrogant, entitled and ignorant. They are in need of some humility and a class in customer service. read more

I don't understand some of these comments. Sure, they can get busy sometimes which leads to slow service but I'd rather they be slow than process a prescription incorrectly. Every time I come to this pharmacy I'm always greeted with smiles. One of the technicians that helped me at the pick up window, Natalie, was extremely sweet and helpful. read more

I do not know where to begin. I am so angry and extremely disappointed in CVS. What kind of large cooperation does not allow you to email their CEO regarding complaints & service issues? You would think Larry Merlo, CEO of CVS would want to know if his pharmacies are causing CVS to loose business. I attempted to call tonight to follow up on my compaint and was told there is no one who can help me until 830am tomorrow. Called back again and asked for CVS CEO email and was told they do not give out and confirmed that there is absolutely no one who can help me. It had a new prescription filled one time with out difficulties. I was told at that time that my insurance would not be picking up any of the cost. This was fine as my new insurance has a high deductible/out of pock, so I was not surprised & this was not new to me. The next month prior to running out of my medication I had CVS store #9790 contact my MD for a new prescription. I had to follow up myself a few times. I was told on multiple occasions that my MD had not faxed back the script. I had to call my MDs office a few times to re-fax & call CVS back to see if they received the fax. Not only until after a week of all this back and forth did I find out the issue was not with the MD order, but with the fact that this was a non formulary med & they needed auth from my insurance to fill. I was so upset to learn cvs had the script for a week and was giving me miss information. I complained, had I been given the correct information, I could have been doing the correct follow up. Instead my time was wasted trying to get a md order, not knowing all along cvs had it in their hands. So far this caused a 1 week delay. I ran out of my medication. Another week went by, all the while I was talking to cvs staff trying to get their help. Eventually I discussed with a pharmacist that they could do a partial fill while we waited for auth from the insurance, then cvs would fill the whole script once the auth was received & refund me any difference that had occurred. This seemed like a great idea & got me my med. Auth came from my insurance and Diane w/CVS called to let me know & she filled the other half of my script and told me to just come & get it. I sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there the cvs drive through staff told him there was not prescription for him to pick up and that I already had picked up a months worth of the med. he questioned them and they continued to tell him he was wrong. My husband called me at work a little later to let me know what happened. I followed up with CVS and I was told the same thing...I explained again and the pharmacist double checked. She appoligised as they were rude to my husband & he felt like they were calling him a liar. She said come back the prescription is here, just let the staff know its on the shelf, they will not be able to see it in the computer. STRANGE, seems kinda important to have a way to communicate if a partial fill or full fill of meds was dispensed??? I to.d them I would pick it up & needed it. Well, on my way to cvs this evening I caled to double check it was ready. As I had so many issues with this script. I was told there was nothing on the shelf for me, you have no refills, it says you picked up your full script. WHAT!! Pharmacist said there is nothing I can do we're closed, she was so rude. I asked to have my script transferred to a 24hr cvs then so I could get it today. I was told there was no script to transfer. Why is it okay to hold on to my script, not allow me to fill the rest of my med because you are confused and Have poor documentation and poor communication??? What kind of care provider are you. Does not seem legal to hold my prescription and refuse to transfer my prescription??? Maybe I would be able to at least leave a message at a smaller pharmacy for follow up tomorrow. I have never experienced this horrible of customer service in my life. Staff was rude, no one can help today? CVS pharmacist does not know where I could call to talk with someone today? I asked to talk with her boss, not working call back tomorrow. Her boss's boss.,..does not know who that is, could not look it up for me.... Maybe this is an issue for the DEA...false documentation!! refusing to give me my script....maybe insurance fraud as well as you billed my insurance for a months worth of meds, but did not dispense!!!.I am fairly certain my family will not be using CVS anymore. If they cannot document correctly how many tabs of a medication were dispensed, how could I trust them to correctly fill medications for my baby? A medication error could cost someone their life..... Anyways....I just do not want anyone else to go through this. Or to count on CVS to fill their medications timely or correctly. If I could rate zero Stars i would. Went here today to fill my sick daughter's prescription. They informed me that they do not take Kaiser insurance but the cost would be $27. The amount is more than reasonable and when I returned to pick up the prescription they tried to charge me $247. The pharmacy tech stated that she provided me the wrong price. Luckily it was early enough for me run down Kaiser and fill the prescription. They should be more careful when dealing with pricing especially in regards to medicine. I was fortunate that a Kaiser pharmacy was open but what would've happened if they were closed. read more

Honestly the worst service by a pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are not caring or punctual or helpful at all. I have had multiple run-ins with them and each time has been worse and worse. I hate that I have no other choice to go to them for the prescriptions. I just wish they would get their act together and be kinder to their customers. read more

Poor communication; too many mistakes in notification of availability of prescription, and waiting time on phone can be up to 10 minutes.

Just once, I'd like to drop off a prescription and see it ready when promised. Dropped another off yesterday at 11am. Clerk asked when I'd like to pick up. I have a 3:30 appt in the valley, so thought I'd pick up on the way out, so asked if 2:30 would work. "No Problem!" Came by at 2:55, and was told it wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. I asked what about 2:30? He tells me he shows it wasn't to be ready until 3:00! Lying sack of **** since he is the one I placed it with. So, I could leave the drive through, and go sit in my car for 10 min in the 100 degree sun, or come in and wait, and risk being late for my appt. opted to bail and come back on the way home. Why I'm writing this, is in the past 5 years, I can't remember when they ever had an Rx ready for me when promised. Too lazy to go somewhere else and give them all my insurance info, until today. Last straw. Going to try Walgreens. Had to go there last week at 8:50pm to pick up an emergency Rx for antibiotics. Clerk was great and filled it in 5 min. Why I've been letting CVS screw with me all this time is my bad. read more
