Regina signed me up for an account over the phone, had my prescription transferred from another pharmacy, and saved me $32 dollars for a prescription that I was paying almost $50 dollars every two months. I will be saving $200 dollars on one prescription this year. Never assume that your insurance is giving you the best price. Almost all of the discount cards are free. Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes. I had never heard of Stokes before this, and I will in any possible case going forward, never utilize them again.

The doctors, nurses, and support staff are overwhelmingly professional, helpful, and congenial. The Navy Yard location is a fabulous option to Jefferson's facilities in central Philadelphia. There's plenty of free parking on the streets surrounding the facility, in a secure, and beautifully landscaped, and creatalytically designed campus-like environment. Once you enter the modern glass building structure, in any area is new furniture that is phenomenally maintained, consistent with the overall extreme cleanliness of the facilities due to a superb maintenance team. There are charging stations for your electrical devices throughout the facility, along with a café, a large reception area, with staff and clear signage to guide you. The common areas are literally cleaner than some apartment buildings, and hotel/motel facilities! There's plenty of seating in waiting areas. All doctors I've seen don't keep patients waiting unreasonable wait times. The standard of care provided by Jefferson Health's doctors and nurses is truly astounding.

When I looked at other insurance approved providers they all were rated one star and had very negative comments so I readied myself to potentially deal with red tape and unpleasant people. Bowman was the exception. They had good ratings and nice comments. When I called I found out why. The lady at Bowman was so kind and caring. She made sure I got what I needed. When the delivery men showed up right on time they were jovial, professional and couldn't do enough to please me in placing the unit. The bed itself was new or indistinguishable from new and functioned perfectly. They demonstrated it and answered all my wife's questions and were not hurried or unpleasant. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have the need.
