One time I bought a disposable that wouldn't hit at all right out of the box, and the guy working at the time, who I think is the owner but am not sure, helped me for a couple minutes until it started working; as he was helping me he told me if we couldn't get it working that he'd get me a new one, which is usually not how the vape shop next door handles their business. But please keep this in mind: if the people who appeal an insurance denial have a 98% chance of getting approved (strangely 98% is the correct number for the amount of people who don't appeal and of the 2% that does appeal then 98% of RX Appeals are reversed and approved. But this Walgreens will do everything they can to help you! Even though over the years there's been new employees they are obviously trained very well and so caring. Walgreens should pay more to keep these pharmacy techs who often leave because a higher paying job elsewhere. Finally, if this Walgreens gets closed in the Corporate cutbacks, I have no idea what I would do (the anxiety of finding a new pharmacy is very stressful). It just feels like you'd make it easier to reach out to you but every time I've tried, you come back with a message that says survey is no longer accepted or thank you for the feedback, but then they don't give you anywhere to submit it because they're having problems with their website?? ... Don't think they need my business anymore. They're probably happy about that since they are just not engaged with their public. Why make it so hard to actually submit any feedback about the situations you run into trying to use your website, trying to use your coupons and if you don't have a mobile phone, which I happen to, but it's just easier to walk into the store and pick it up, well then you're straight out the gate not gonna actually get anything ...because you can't use any of their coupons in store... from the phone? It has to be ordered on the phone and then picked up in store which makes no sense at all. So I can just take my business elsewhere and that's easy enough for me but imagine if 100,000 people all do that. A large part of me has a soft spot for Walgreens because many years ago they employed me as an…read moreintern and probably paid me more than I was worth at the time. That being said, I feel like I can be pretty objective about what's good and bad about this place. I don't think this is breaking news, but Walgreens is a place that charges you more than others because of the convenience it provides. That's just the way it goes. This particular Walgreens has a pharmacy that seems to always somehow have customers with difficult orders. I am rarely pleased with the speed of service at the pharmacy. I highly recommend going at off times if you want to avoid long waits. On the good side, there are a lot of friendly employees, including one who seems to be there during every single open hour. And there is also a good chance you will see my friend Todd there, because he is always there too. And here's my dirty secret: This place is so close to my house that I'll still go no matter what. They have me over a barrel.
