They have allowed me to use my copay card for YEARS, so if this is there mistake fine, whatever but speaking to me as if I'm the one scamming them is unacceptable. If their employees were overriding this coupon incorrectly that is THEIR problem, not mine. This is one of the worse customer service experiences I've had from an already bad store. The place is abysmal and their pharmacy manager is the most vile person we've ever dealt with. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, so guess they don't have to worry about getting any of my pharmacy or other business going forward. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary. It's clear this person and most of the employees could care less about customer service and experience and I'm sure nothing will come of this because we we're basically called liars and thieves when is reality it's THEIR own poor management that led to this oversight! To question a costumer, in the earshot of other costumers, about prescriptions and medical conditions is potentially setting that customer up, putting them in harms way for an assault and theft outside as they leave! This is blatant HIPPA VIOLATION!!! They do not have any consistency with how they handle IDs, either. For over 3 years I've been using my digital iPhone VALID drivers license and today, they want the physical license...even though the "Silvina" (sp) East Indian long haired female pharmacist (who consistently works a register as a cashier) "allowed" me to use it 2 pick ups ago, today she says it was a "courtesy " for the last pick up. She denied it then and when I requested the pharmacist, she proudly stated, "I AM the pharmacist"...then I said, "well, then, you should know this is an acceptable form of ID"...and another pharmacist came over and said to accept it. I thought she learned, but, she flat out LIED today to say "as a courtesy"...and they denied me my medication. NOBODY INFORMED ME IT WAS A COURTESY AND TO BEING MY ACTUAL DL "next time"! I don't carry a purse. EVERYTHING is in my phone. I LYFT to the pharmacy so when they pull this crap (question my medication, question dosages, ask what medical conditions I have to warrant certain prescriptions, etc)...I have to pay for the transportation TWICE. I've lived in the neighborhood for 33 years and am a homeowner and they are unfortunately the only pharmacy left in the area (Bel Air was amazing but they closed)...and since then I've used CVS... and it's AWFUL...long lines, super poor consumer service they know they can get away with. Violating basic human rights. This place needs to be shut down! Uneducated, poorly and inconsistently trained pharmacists AND staff...nothing like how it used to be. I worked side by side with a pharmacist/best friend for 13 years in the same office and NEVER did he question a doctor's prescription. Ever. If parking is busy it's typically a sign that it's going to be a longer visit. The pharmacy has been pretty efficient when I've visited and the team has been friendly. I typically avoid getting in the front line, for some reason it's always long and they seem understaffed because it can take a lot longer than when I visit the pharmacy. I'm happy to have this location in the area, but I think some additional staffing could help them out.

The order was impossible for the cashier to find. When he did only half was completed. After he called up someone else to help him find it. His line kept getting bigger and the manager kept dropping off things and walking away. There was at least 12 people in line at this point. The other employee said he needed to reprint my order and I said id wait on the side. After 30 min and the customers are still in a long line I went to find someone who could help me. I approached the manager who was putting out price stickers and asked if she was the manager. Her response was "I'm a manager". So rude. She agreed to go see if she could help. After she finally arrived she told me my order hadn't printed and there were others in front of mine. No estimate on time or apology. Told her I had to leave. Again no consideration for my inconvenience or apology I came back the next day and she saw me walk in. She gave me a serious eye roll. The new checker was trying to rush me out. I was not about to pay for this without making sure the pictures were correct. I've received someone else's before. This person was also rude. I would recommend staying away from this CVs. Used to be my favorite because of all they have in stock but needs some serious customer service training!!

This is my go-to regular Walmart location even when I moved out of Natomas…read more It is located in the Natomas Marketplace next to Home Depot, Bath and Body Works and across from Regal Cinema and In n Out. The parking lot is always packed which is one of cons with this location. This location used to have a McDonald's inside, but now it's a Subway. It also does not have a produce section as it is not a Super Walmart - they do offer a lot of other food items, including a decent freezer section. During our last visit, we came in looking for a CD player for my mom. We luckily found one plus we also took home some Fall/Halloween pajamas, plus other stuff that is currently slipping my mind. Overall, staff are usually friendly at this location and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back soon!
