I couldn't find the one I was looking for then a woman employee was walking by and I asked her if she had it, she took the time to look with me and when she realized they didn't have the one I wanted. She took the time to make a recommendation and what she uses. It's honestly the best experience I've ever had a Walgreens so if you have to go to Walgreens, I would definitely recommend this location.

The audacity of this pharmacy employee was incredible. I asked her if she were in a union because I haven't been treated like that since my last trip to the post office. Do they realize consumers have choice and can go anywhere? There's only one post office, but I no longer will patronize a pharmacy that puts their lunch break ahead a single customer in line (nobody behind me). Simple pick up and I would have been on my way. This location will fail due to whomever is currently managing it. These attitudes trickle down from management or lack thereof.

CVS is significantly overpriced--literally $2-$3 more per item compared to other stores. I assume the markup helps cover rent for the space, because it certainly doesn't seem to be going back into staff support or improved customer experience. I only shop here when I absolutely need something and can't wait to buy it somewhere cheaper. It's convenient, yes--but beyond convenience, it lacks appeal and value.

I went to the pharmacy with my broken English and there were many angry women working there. I understand that it was busy or backed-up but that is no reason to lose your customer service etiquette and have very bad form. I never had any problems at this location but if this group is the one that is going to continue to work here, I will have to start using a different pharmacy.

I said I'm just getting medicine for my baby but when I got to aisle I had to read everything so i knew what i was getting. I could hear the manager complaining and I had 1 guys come up to tell me they were closed. So now I frantic trying to find the right medicine for my 10 month baby. The manager then told me 2 minutes past 10 I needed to leave. Rude! Horrible customer service! I understand they want to go home but i wasnt milling around looking at cosmetics or candy!! What ever happen to morals or customer service. I was going as fast as i could considering the situation. They could have helped me or directed me to another store that has an open pharmacy so i could ask questions. Unfortunately for them they have no idea the consequences to their actions and words. I will be filing a formal complaint to corporate. You should never ever treat a customer that way. Period!!
