After multiple times of telling them to stop filling my old rxs they still have not deleted them from thier system. I use a coupon each month for one of my rx and everytime I have to physically go inside because they have a hard time applying it to my total out of pocket cost. The lines outside take a long time so I prefer to go inside and get faster service.

It is a pill I have to take every day.I was on the phone 3 hours yesterday trying to get it and they finally told me I could pick it up at a walgreens miles away from me and I had to call the doctors office to get a new prescription sent else where. I decided to call the store this morning to see if my prescription was ready for pick up after waiting 8+ minutes I was disconnected and called back waited another 9+ minutes and they told me it would be ready in an hour. I checked my e-mail and it said it was on back Order talked to them not 3 min,. earlier, now its not available for 3 more days. I called back the store and they told me they had another brand and would be ready in an hour(in which they are closed for lunch!!!) after waiting 22min. on hold. She then walked away and under her breathe said "I have too much to do I'm not arguing with her" when my prescription was ready I paid and just told the tech " I heard what you said and I understand you're short staffed but you don't have to be nasty" she was extremely dismissive and rude. Her name was Melissa and she was not kind. I do not recommend going to this pharmacy. Go anywhere else for your prescriptions besides here. So, when the dispensing pharmacist-- not his doctor-- decided in her opinion that he didn't have one, that was that. People will continue to die unnecessarily because of this kind of gatekeeping and withholding vaccine from people who need it.
