Management has not been proactive about alerting police and UR Public Safety about this (by the way, there IS an ordinance for dealing this kind of problem that needs to be enforced: Ordinance # 2004-142, 44-4, H https://ecode360.com/8675265), and the problem has gotten so bad that my wife is now afraid to shop there and sometimes when we go on walks we have to adjust our route to accommodate for there being up to 3 aggressive pan handlers at that intersection at one time. No. I stood and waited and listened to you chatting- if you were so busy then why weren't you working rather than chatting about your weekend plans? I also realized I had forgotten my purse in the car and needed it for the copay. She pulled the prescriptions aside and packaged them so that they were ready for me after I ran out to the car. She was very friendly and complimented how I accessorized my purse. The situation could have been very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me, but instead Alaesha made me glad I chose CVS that day.

My Dr sent in 2 prescriptions on Tuesday, Thursday I called & got the automated system & was told I had 2 prescription that could be filled. So they had not been initiated yet, so I did that through the auto system. Now it's Saturday, still no follow up telling me that they are ready. I called again & got the automated system, they could not tell me if they were ready or not, but said once again I could fill the 2 same prescriptions??? Left a message, no call back an hour later & I was running errands so I stopped in. There was 1 woman ahead of me at one of the check in screens ( more automation) & my screen said to please wait. So I was waiting. After a few minutes a rep looked up & asked if I had a question. I explained I had left a message & was trying to see if my prescriptions were ready. In a "nasty" tone she said there are people ahead of you. I said OK, I'm waiting here because that's what the check in screen says to do. A few minutes later the screen changed & asked me to enter my name which I did. The same rep raised her voice & said "I told you there were other people ahead of you"! I told her the screen asked me to enter my name. Meanwhile last time I was in I told they could not help me until I typed in my name. I then told her I had left a message earlier & when she figures it to call me. That was now over 2 hours ago, no call back yet. I find all the automation pretty useless & does not set the tone for good customer service. I will say that usually the reps are much friendlier, but this time I went on a Saturday & none of the familiar faces were there. I am commenting specifically on the CVS on the corner of Longpond & English. If I ever do get these 2 prescription filled, I will then be moving them to Wegmans where I feel valued as a customer.

What I was planning on making a 2 min CVS trip turned into a 20 min ordeal over $3 worth of Tylenol for an already pounding head ache. Short crowded isles in a super busy target. You dodge carts and moms too busy with their phones to parent their children literally running amuck. Then you get to stand in long lines after making your way all the way back through target *sigh* Don't come here unless you have time to kill and need to shop at target too.
