I watched them literally turn the light off in the store when they saw me turning in at 10:30 pm tonight. The official hours go to midnight, all my friend wanted was some damn ice cream. Hey i'd get it if it was after 11 pm and you werent really opened and cleaning and what not but you have a huge sign on the doors saying open till midnight. An hour and half early and turning the lights off while the security guy is making sure i dont come in from his chair by the front door, jesus, it'd be one thing if I was trying to get pizza but pre made b.s. or god forbid gas, this is crazy and has always been a thing with this store. read more

This place is dirty, gross and straight out rude. All food is old and soaked in Grease. I tried to get cappuccino from the machine and there was no powder in it but the door to the powder was open so I looked at it and it was all chunky and wet Inside with things other than powder in it. I then told the attendant about the issue who then scolded me as if I were a child for opening it and mad i was telling on her to do her job. I then left disgusted to not buy anything and had trouble getting into my car because all the workers there park in the front spots and take their breaks in their car with their doors open blocking customers to get in and out of their car. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Very dishonest staff. Refuse to give receipts and changes tags on merchandise. When confronted about their dishonest business practices they start yelling and being disrespectful. I hung up on the witch I spoke to. Very dirty store and a lot of "stale" merchandise. Due to the rudeness of the staff and the filthiness of this store I will never return. I hope I didn't catch anything from touching/consuming the dirty merchandise. Security guard sitting on the phone letting everyone hear his conversation/staff just standing around when they could be cleaning the store. This was the dirtiest/nastiest fast trac I've ever seen. I joined as a member for the best price a couple of years ago. It's been my go-to place, but I've stopped going. Last time I went, several of the pumps didn't work, and few ever give you a printed receipt. At least they email you with the details of your latest purchase so you can enter it in your records. I rarely have reason to go inside. If I happen to go on a Friday, sometimes they have free coffee. The station on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, near RIT, is MUCH preferable. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. This is our go-to in the middle of the night. They are not open from 2-3 in the morning. It isn't for the faint of heart in the middle of the night. This place has NO GLUTEN FREE options. This is only for drinks and candy! Great place to watch people... it's like a people zoo! You will find all kinds here. This location states open 24 hours. I stopped by after work at 1:45 am. Front doors locked. I waited in my car thinking maybe the cashier was in the back of the store doing something. 10 minutes later still no one has unlocked the doors. I sat in my car and must've watched 20 people walk up to the doors, find them locked and leave. I tried calling the store but no one answered. They lost a lot of business tonight. read more

This place used to be my main stop in the morning before hitting my route, and sometimes a stop later in the day. They recently stopped carrying ethanol-free gas. I asked an employee if she knew of a gas station nearby that sold Ethanal-free. She said the Fastrac up on Dewey and Ridge. Well folks, the Delta Sonic right down the street has Ethanol-free. Furthermore, one of my preferred beverages was always either low in stock or gone. I asked them if the restock guy was color blind or if there was some other problem. They said it is probably being discontinued. GUESS WHAT? Delta Sonic has it, fully stocked. They are losing long-term customers by dropping Ethanol-free, and they lie to customers about what products they carry. read more
