I asked if my prescription was ready. Now, I am in pain and have already been waiting an hour. I find out pharmacist hasn't even checked the voicemail yet and I waited all that time and no one said a word to me. This is definitely not the first time but it will be the last. After this one is filled I AM DONE. They changed pharmacist and it hasn't been the same since. She doesn't give the first crap about anyone. Why should it take 2 days to get a prescription filled. Some people are really sick and really in pain and don't have 2 days to wait. If they need help cause she can't do her job, hire another pharmacist (preferable on that cares for people)

This Walgreens is just a few blocks off of 75 in Ringgold and was not originally my destination, but I was in need and swung in before getting back on the interstate. While my visit was brief, the interaction was "meh". The two associates at the counter talked with each other the whole interaction, never once talking to me beyond telling me the total price. Before finding what I was after, I wandered the store aisles and noticed a bit of trash strewn along the floor and the store being a bit worn. Wear and tear is normal, but trash on shelves and the floor with multiple folks working is not. I did find the item I was after, and went ahead and scooped it up out of necessity. If I would not have needed it, I would have gone elsewhere due to lack of service and price. But, this location was in the right place at the right time and had what I needed. Overall, wouldn't swing back through this location on my way past Ringgold in the future. Not the best representation of a Walgreens.

She didn't even check her inventory before accusing me. I've been going her for YEARS and always had a good rapport with the employees so it's super disgusting to be treated this way after all this time when I've never had a problem with they'll before. Apparently she was also mad that I dropped some f bombs on the phone, but I don't have to "be polite" to someone who doubles down on a stupid accusation. Daughter had been there a week before and unfortunately her Dr office was closed at this time and symptoms continued and she hoped she'd get NP she saw previous who was very sweet, since she saw previous symptoms and could compare. If this NP doesn't like her job, should find another job. It was evident by her body language and lack of empathy she was not happy to see another patient. We asked for liquid antibiotic and she ordered pills, just an overall not a compassionate visit. I know people can have an off day and maybe this was the case, but every patient should be treated with kindness especially when they are not being unkind to you!
