After the procedure, I had to return frequently due to fluid buildup. During those visits, a PA (Allison) placed her knee on the patient's bed, inserted a needle into my breast and twisted it so aggressively that it eventually pierced through my nipple. Other staff members stood nearby laughing. No one intervened. Everyone present knew exactly what was happening. Bad jokes were made every time I went to the clinic by all the staff except the doctor. In my opinion, the surgery was poorly done. The doctor later offered to "fix" it, but I refused, not because I didn't need the correction, but because I was terrified to go back. Reporting abuse like this is extremely difficult. From my perspective, they are protected by local power structures, a closed system where the city's "powerful" people gather, including in golf clubs and private circles. Victims are often silenced and discredited. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I went in for reinsertion of a previously installed crown from decades back in time. Instead of a…read morere-installed crown, the dentist recommended I should get a new crown (more expensive and probably painful). The dental worker attempted to take an Xray of the subject tooth; she apparently had a "problem" with the machine taking a snapshot ... I counted at least ten attempts for her to take a picture meaning I was exposed to radiation for that many times. I don't believe there was any film placed behind the tooth which makes me suspicious. When the dental doctor returned, the woman Xray worker had a big smile on her face ... no comment was made about the Xray zapping activity I experienced. I have to wonder where the Xray machine was pointing. Do you know when you feel you are not liked? The dentist rambled about how he knows everything that goes on around town and I sensed I wasn't that well liked in town for some reason. I cancelled the crown replacement. Another thing, I arrived with a crown that was in perfect condition. But while I was there, someone placed a small hole through the crown. The doctor went on to explain why the crown came out because of the hole allowing in bacteria. If you are not getting good vibes or strange things are happening, stay away from this place. I never got the crown re-installed. If anyone knows of another dentist to try, I'd appreciated to find out who that might be. I'm still wondering what part of my body is going to fall off because of all the Xray attempts made.

She said okay and did not mention any extra charges. After everything was done, they charge me $45 for a blow out + 47$ for hairstyle. It was a surprise charge of $92. What is the point of charging for a blowout if I am getting tongs and braids in my hair? On their website, blowout is quoted as $21 as an add-on. Which she should have charged . Why would a hairdresser do a blowout, When that makes the hair all silky, and the tong curls wont stay. The curls were gone even before I left the hair Salon and she had to do it again, and they were again gone within 10 minutes. I spoke to manager about the experience, and she was condescending saying "i dont know where you get your hair done from" When I told her, you can't charge for blowdry and updo both together. . I went to get ready for a family wedding, and everyone told me that I look like I have a $92 nest on my head. The braid was even lopsided and embarrassing. The store was well stocked with a lot of help available. We took our purchases to the register and were greeted by this awesome Native American woman. She was great, friendly and seemed like she really enjoys her position. Unfortunately, we had to go back to Chattanooga for the makeup kit as the Dalton store ran out of those. I take that as a good thing since it was the weekend of their Grand Opening! I'd go back should I need something when I'm down that way.
